The best sales we've ever seen In short, Thomas Homewood is the best car sales I've ever seen. No kidding. After a prolonged research/comparing/googling/test driving process, my In short, Thomas Homewood is the best car sales I've ever seen. No kidding. After a prolonged research/comparing/googling/test driving process, my wife and I preferred an NX to be our new vehicle. We finally made the decision to make a move in early November when the factory rebate of $4,000 for 2016 models came out, and our first choice package would be F Sport Series 1. We literally contacted all Lexus dealerships in GTA, and found our ideal plan was not easy at all. According to them, all the NXs with F Sport 1 were sold out in Ontario. Two dealers claimed they can bring one from other provinces for us, while others just wanted to sell me an F2 instead, because they had some in stock and would surely like to clear out. But for me that's potentially thousands of dollars more to get some useless features. Thomas was the second sales who claimed bringing a vehicle from Quebec was possible, and asked me to meet him On the Park. My wife and I though, went to another dealership first, because they were the first to promise me a 2016 NX. However, after test driving, that dealership said they just couldn't find us a 2016 F1, and tried to persuade us to go with F2 or leasing a 2017 model. We then had no more places to go except Lexus On the Park. To our delight, Thomas was very friendly and straightforward. He understood our need, our budget, and that we've done some serious research already. He made everything transparent for us, and the negotiation process had been very comfortable and quick enough. No up-seliing, no persuasion on trade-in, just simplicity and fun talking. I'm sure we had got a very desirable price for the vehicle, while he and On the Park also made a worthy trade. What made us nervous though was the scarcity of 2016 models across Canada. Tom made the effort to contact different dealers in other provinces, and about a week later, he finally nailed down a Silver NX F1 with Red Interior for us. That was a very satisfactory combo, and probably the last New 2016 NX200t F Sport Series 1 in this country. Our experience of picking up the vehicle today was fantastic as well. Tom introduced Josie, who went through a complete tutorial about the vehicle for us, which was very meaningful. And Stefani, handled the paperwork in a very effective and friendly fashion. This dealership just makes people so comfortable that the stress of car buying fades away. Suggestion for potential buyers: do your research and know what you need, at least have a rough idea on what you're looking for. Get into the discussion well prepared, in order to save your time and theirs. Of course, you should always compare dealer to dealer. But hey, you're gonna come back to meet Thomas Homewood anyway.
