Farzad was the reason I bought my Lexus I came here almost 2 years ago and received horrible service from a sales consultant who is no longer with Lexus on the Park. Frustrated I visited other Lexus dealerships but it was Farzad who reached out to address my needs. He was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable...a true gentleman. I decided to hold off on my purchase at the time but knew that when I did decide to make a purchase, I wanted to give him a shot. I wasn't disappointed. I've been purchasing vehicles since the 80s and Farzad is one of the best sales consultants I've ever dealt with. No sale would have occurred without your follow up! Next came Andrew, this guy is great. New to used car sales, groomed in the service dept. I appreciate that lateral experience in a sales rep. They need to know all aspects i feel. My wife an I not only tested the IS350 but several others, Andrew pointed out all the pro and cons based on our needs and wants. After hours of his time we came to a conclusion. He not only sold a car that day he sold us the right car for more money then we intended to spend. There was no buyers remorse as we left buying the right car, not just any car. Some sales people look to close any deal, Andrew closed on a "relationship" deal. We will come back and refer people to him based on his background, professional skills, and his ability to truly help the client with their needs. Well done. Problem Solved! Less than 6 months ago, I traded in my RX400 for a RX350. Initially, I was happy with the trade in and car, however as time progressed, I became unsat Less than 6 months ago, I traded in my RX400 for a RX350. Initially, I was happy with the trade in and car, however as time progressed, I became unsatisfied with the fuel consumption. I was only getting 400km (max) on a full tank, (average 360km) - which was quite costly and frustrating. While I was at Lexus for servicing (oil change), I ran into Benjamin and expressed my frustration. He mentioned that he had an RX450h sitting on the lot that had just came off lease. So I took it for a quick spin, read some reviews online and within 30-40 min, I traded in my RX350 for RX450h. As always, Benjamin took his time to properly explain this car, work on a fair trade in price and ensure I was 100% satisfied. The moral of this story is that I've always received top notch service from this dealership, and as a customer, I appreciate how much Ben goes above and beyond the call of duty. I didn't expect to purchase a car that morning, but it just happened and now my problem is solved. Sincere thank you to Ben and the team. On another note, the finance person, Stefani was incredible fun to work with as she finalized the paperwork, financing and explained all the extra money i'd be spending :-) She has a great personality and excellent at customer service and very knowledgeable on all the services being explained.
