An unexpected benefit was that it totally helped my mother's back pain. as soon as I bought this car her back pain disappeared-sitting higher up relieved the pressure on her hip joint making her pain free. I had no intention of buying... but then next thing you know At first I just wanted to look around and really had no intention of buying a Lexus. But then next thing I know was that I was already shaking hands w At first I just wanted to look around and really had no intention of buying a Lexus. But then next thing I know was that I was already shaking hands with Mark Palmieri, the salesman at Lexus of Oakville dealership that was able to impressively convince me to purchase a Lexus on that same day. I've visited other dealerships of different car makes before but a lot of them like to use the pressure tactics. One time I test drove a C-Class Benz. Next thing I know, the salesman was already asking me if I was ready to sign. Such pressure tactics totally turned me off and only sent me walking away without closing the deal. I also test drove an Audi A4 and the salesman was showing lack of interest as he subtly implies that I'm only interested in test driving with no intention to buy. As soon as I asked for a test drive, he looked at me and asked "are you here to just test drive?". Totally turned me off and again, I walked away with no deal. Often times, sales people like to pressure their customers into buying. What I liked about Mark Palmieri was that he didn't pressure me into buying. He simply gave me different kinds of options, which are all the best options and it was up to me to decide what best suits my needs. Mark Palmieri likes to ask what your needs are, your budget and the use of the vehicle. Based on these information, he will do the best he can to cater to your needs and ensure that you'll get the best deal that suits your needs and wants. He was brutally honest and truly cares about delivering the highest level of customer service that he can to you. There were no hidden fees as everything was disclosed prior to closing the deal. In short, I had an amazing experience with this dealership. The staff are very friendly and will greet you as soon as you walk in. They will literally make you feel like VIP. Steve Bryant appears to be a nice person upon first impressions. He turned out to be deceitful and an all around bad salesman.
