The shop manager was very professional and seem to really care about getting the car back to you as good as new. Vito Manchisi always made the time to speak to me regarding the repairs and how they were progressing. This is my third RX350 and I will say I have nothing but good things to say about the service and the overall car it's self is the best car i have ever owned, there is no other work ever to be performed on this car except for regular maintenance. over all, very happy Andrea More

When I showed up Nelson greeted me and called on Ezra the technician. Within 10 minutes my plates were on and they gave me a complementary wash... Wow... Happy client with new Lexus I recently leased a 2018 Lexus RX350 and worked with Jim Silva. I had previously visited and was close to working with another Lexus dealership in the GTA. The ridiculous run around I received from the other dealership ultimately led me to Oakville Lexus. Jim, management staff and finance were excellent. I was trading in another vehicle (not a Lexus) early on my lease and looking for all options. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted, in the time I wanted, in the budget I wanted. I am a very happy Lexus driver/owner now and will be going back to Oakville for all other vehicles now in the in the future. More

Terrible customer service We were disgusted by the poor customer service. For over a year we were getting the run around by staff and management! Ultimately they did not stand behind their product and did not fix the problem. Even at the management and owner level of this company the service was awful and they made it very clear that they are only interested in taking your money and not in maintaining relationships.
