What Others Say

I just purchased my first Lexus in September. What a great experience! Chen, the sales representative, was very helpful and professional. Rahib was very helpful and knowledgeable, demoing the vehicle. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Oakville Lexus to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you, Oakville Lexus.

Can not believe that I took the lease over financing. But after seeing the numbers showed to me by their Lease Advisor Everold Reid, I just had to take it. Bottom line is, leasing gets you lower interest rate than financing and that saves you huge money over the entire term. When I now compare money that I spent on financing my past vehicles (around 10 of them) I spent a fortune because I was dumb enough to take long term like 6-8 years. Cant be worse. Just talk to this guy and see for yourself. There are different leasing options. You will be happy you did. Thank you Everold!

Booked to get second key for my car as I only received one. I was asked it I wanted a ride anywhere. I said no as I was told by my friend, who also got a second key done, that it would take about 40 minutes, I told the service manager that and he said it could take up to an hour and a half as they wash the outside and inside of the car too. Bonus! I had the first appointment of 7:30 and I checked in electronically at 7:20. They let me in and I gave them my key. The service manager said it was too cold to wash the outside of the car but they would be doing the inside. He then led me to the waiting room. At 9:00 (1.5 hours) I went to the service manager and he asked is something was wrong. I told him it had already been an hour and a half. He check and said they'd be washing my car now, which they did not. Got my car at 9:20 - one hour and 50 minutes from drop off. When I got in my car, the supposed cleaning was horrible. The dash, console, etc. were washed with a dirty rag and not dried. I have pictures that I will send to the service manager. The doors were not cleaned. The only reason I am giving a one star is that the dealership it self is beautiful, immaculate and the people were very courteous and pleasant. I will not be going back there.

I booked my tx350 first oil change service over phone at 1pm September 30,2024. Was advised that it could take Upto 2 hrs. I also confirmed the shuttle as my house is 3 km away. Today when I meet Jose Vasquez’ who is assistant service manager told me if I wait it will be 2 hrs and if I take shuttle it will take 4 hrs. I had an appointment at 430pm in mississauga and I planned accordingly. I didn’t bring my laptop so I could work there. So had to cancel and get out. Wasted 2 hrs unplanned. My car is overdue and now will have to wait for another appointment. Not coming back to this dealership for sure. Mr Jose have attitude a lot. He should learn customer service. I asked him about stain on my windshield not going after the car wash. He replied to stop me parking under tree. I told him I never park under tree. He asked me from where those coming from then. He tried to prove I was lying. Shuttle is a requirement and we bye Lexus pay hefty amount of money for so called Lexus service. Now getting a service which is worst then any road side dealer. I bought my first car Nx300 fro here in 2021 and found the price is not competitive. This time I bought it fro another dealership with much lower then the final price of this dealership. So I advice you to take care and do your research before you take any service from here.

I’ll start this review by stating that almost all the employees in the service department I interacted with (especially Chris) over 2 visits were kind, friendly and generally great to work. However, the service manager, Nancy, was extremely rude, condescending and confrontational not only to myself but also to her own employees during my visit. As someone who supposedly represents the Lexus brand and oversees the work performed at this dealership, Nancy has a lot of work to do and perhaps could learn a thing or two from her own employees. I brought my vehicle in to Oakville Lexus on June 19th to diagnosis and repair a noise coming from the lower dashboard area of my NX. Two days after the initial visit, on June 21st, when attempting to refuel the vehicle I noticed the buttons for the fuel door release and trunk were not working (which are located on the lower dash panel where the work was completed). Upon closer inspection, I also discovered a scratch on the same panel caused by the technician using a pry tool. Luckily, I was able to locate the emergency release lever in the trunk and open the fuel door (instead of waiting hours for a tow truck with my family in the vehicle). I contacted the dealership and made an appointment to bring the vehicle back in the following week. On June 26th I brought the vehicle back to Oakville Lexus and informed them about the fuel and trunk buttons not working after having the vehicle serviced at the dealership the previous week. I also pointed out the scratch to the service advisor, who visually examined the area where the technician had worked and ensured me that they’d order and replace the damaged panel with a new part. Approximately 1 hour after dropping the vehicle off I get notified that the car is ready and the electrical connecter was not plugged back in like I expected (which is fine, mistakes happen). The service manager, however, had decided not to replace the damaged panel. After requesting to speak to the service manager directly (Nancy) we walk out to my vehicle where I point out the scratch and remind her that her own employee acknowledged the damage done by the technician. She immediately started arguing with me and repeatedly claimed the scratch was “nothing” and that it’s “part of the grain in the plastic”. After several minutes of Nancy insisting the scratch didn’t exist, I requested paperwork of both service visits at Oakville Lexus to contact Lexus Canada. Ironically, that’s when Nancy finally decided to bring me back into her office to discuss a solution. First, she suggested having the plastic panel refinished (which I declined with the vehicle just over a year old). She angrily claimed that the entire dashboard would have to be replaced even though I informed her the lower dash panel could be removed separately without removing the upper dash (which was later confirmed by a service representative who corrected her and provided a part number). Finally, she bitterly called the technician who worked on the vehicle into her office and asked if the scratched area was covered during servicing (not that it mattered since the damage was already done). Not only was this completely unnecessary, but calling out your employee like this in front of your customer is simply unprofessional. Approximately 1 week later the GM of this dealership (Mike) sent me an email repeating the same lies as Nancy, denying any damage done to my vehicle (again, despite their own employees acknowledging it). Be warned of the way you’ll be treated by the service manager and GM at Oakville Lexus if things go wrong, or you receive sloppy work like I did. There are many Lexus dealerships in the GTA, so choose wisely.

Terrible dealership. The only positive thing I will say is during the process of buying the car, everything is super smooth. Then we ran into hiccups with the service department, nickel and diming us. Everything there is overpriced and on top of it, THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR YOUR RENTAL WHEN THEY CANT GET THE CAR BACK TO YOU IN THE TIMELINE THEY INITIALLY SAID! Now let’s go to the end of lease. Everyone acts like your best friend because there’s equity in the vehicle, and you act in good faith, be honest with them and the minute they know you’re not buying out the car and/or going to another brand, that’s when the knives go in your back. You would think their owner would at least want you to go to another one of their dealerships even if it’s not another Lexus. I waited 2 weeks to hear from someone from another brand, but same owner, and nothing. I tried trading in the lease to another brand and the GM blocked it. Made up a new clause that only another Lexus dealership can buy the vehicle now. This was no where in the lease agreement and they made it up on the spot to block us trading the car in. Then they offered us 1500 to bring the car back yet the other dealerships were giving us minimum 4K. Luckily we found another dealership that owns a Lexus dealership and they took the car no questions asked. Avoid Lexus of Oakville at all costs.
