Finish breakfast went back to lexus head upstairs open the cooler and had a beer before we knew it we recieve a text out vehical is ready. Honestly it would have been ok if they taken longer I could of had another lol. Seen our vechical and it was super clean . She neended a wash lol. Super happy with lexus More

Don't Buy a vehicle from these guys!!!. In 2014, I bought a 2011 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Edmonton. I also bought an extended warranty policy for the vehicle in the amount of $4,313.40. In 2014, I bought a 2011 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Edmonton. I also bought an extended warranty policy for the vehicle in the amount of $4,313.40. During the time of purchase, I vividly remember that the sales associate told me I will be able to claim my money back after the WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES. No conditions were mentioned to me in convincing me to purchase the policy. The two factors that informed my decision to buy the extended warranty was that the policy was a Lexus Policy and I could claim the money any time after the policy expires. I am now finding out from Lexus that the extended warranty I purchased from Lexus is not directly through Lexus but it is an insurance policy through a group called 1st Canadian Protection. I am also now finding out that the rebate claim can only be made 90 days from the time the policy expires. I am now also finding out that I can only claim $1800. At no point in time during the purchase was I told the insurance policy will be through 1St Canadian Protection. 1St Canadian Protection is a company I am only becoming aware of now. I was not aware of the company and it was never mentioned to me that I would be dealing with a third party company. Had this been mentioned to me I would have not purchase the policy. In dealing with a reputable company like Lexus, I felt I would not be taken advantage of by employees of Lexus. The factors that influenced by purchase decision were deliberately omitted to mislead me and influence me to buy. The Lexus dealership has not been professional, authentic, was not genuine with me at the time of the sale, and their reaction to my complaints so far goes to show they don’t really care about their customers. I have been treated unjustly. The salesperson at the time deliberately lied to me at the time of purchase. After being misinformed and lied to at the time of purchase, my grievance has fallen on deaf ears and no action is being taken to resolve this matter swiftly. Lexus is washing their hands of all responsibilities after I was lied to and misled by a Lexus employee. I have complained to the financial department and no resolution has been made to this matter. Terrible people Bought a used jeep from them that was in on a trade it. They were very rude. xxxxxx around with head lights that didnt work. Was told it was a malfunction between when the inspection was done and when I bought it ( less then a months time) THEN found a huge leak which is common problem and they wouldnt do anything about it because it was our of the 30 days. Daid it wasnt leaking when they had it which I have been told by many professionals that isnt true and it takes way longer then a month for that bad of lean to develop. Absolute xxxxx about everything would never recomend coming to them stear clear. More
