Best service ever; felt like family here Dallas was my service representative and she was absolutely phenomenal. I had just purchased new rims and tires outside of Lexus and decided to bring Dallas was my service representative and she was absolutely phenomenal. I had just purchased new rims and tires outside of Lexus and decided to bring them to the dealership to get them installed with the factory TPMS sensors. Dallas was friendly, courteous, and professional. I took this appointment knowing that there wasn’t a loaner available and knowing that I would have to wait for approx 1- 1&1/2 hrs. Shortly after I dropped off my vehicle she found me and told me that the shop wouldn’t be able to even look at my vehicle for another 30min. She said that she didn’t want me waiting around for such a long time and went the extra mile to get me into a loaner immediately. She also offered to have my vehicle washed for free and told me to come back another day to get my windshield chip fixed at no cost as well! This was greatly appreciated and Lexus of Edmonton has definitely earned my future business! Dallas went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable and that I wasn’t waiting around longer than quoted. Phenomenal dealership and it’s clearly reflected in the 4.9/5 star reviews on google with over 1000+ reviews. Will definitely come back! Best service I’ve ever experienced and it will be hard to top this experience! They should be the benchmark for the industry standard of luxury service and how to show customers that they value their time and business! We never felt pressured from the very first day we walked in to the dealership by our sales associate Manny. We gave him a list of our wants in a vehicle with the price point and maximum km and he kept in touch with us weekly. When the vehicle came in with what he thought would check off all the boxes he was right. He called us to come in to take a look at it and even though we were hesitant because we had always driven GMC’s there still was no pressure from Manny. We purchased the vehicle and the day we picked up the vehicle we again were given the Lexus treatment by all whom we dealt with, Manny, Bailey who did the paperwork and Jill who did the walk through. Jill delivered our RX350 with a huge red bow in the roof. ??We would recommend purchasing from Lexus of Edmonton so you too can experience the 1st rate Lexus experience as our daughter and son-in-law who recently purchased from Lexus Edmonton themselves and did not hesitate to recommend them to us.
