From the moment we walked in the door; everything has been exceptional. Delainie Shaw, our New Sales Representative, is the type of person you instantly trust and feel comfortable with. She is knowledgeable, caring, informative, and you can tell she genuinely wants her customers to be happy. We appreciated her patience and willingness to go up and beyond. The New Sales Manager Evan Schindel is extremely professional and knows his stuff! He did everything in his power to insure we closed a deal efficiently and effectively. He is first class all the way! Signing the deal with Anne McKechney, our Financial Manager, was no exception. She made us very comfortable by explaining all of the paper work and warranty offers. Anne did not rush us in anyway, and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our new purchase. When we picked up our new shiny Lexus with the big red bow on top; we couldn’t have been happier! They were a bit behind schedule when we went to pick up the car so provided us with a gift card to a nice restaurant to go have lunch while we waited. Their VIP service is awesome as well. The only negative experience I had was trying to deal with their Internet sales dept to get a value on my trade. They dropped the ball big time and once I got a Manager involved it was smooth sailing from there. The Internet dept almost cost them my business however the rest of the group made up for it! The Internet dept cost them a star in customer service. More
