We were feeling a bit defeated upon going to yet another dealership but as soon as we walked in and met Gordon Graves, we were treated with respect and he did exactly what we wanted. He helped us find the perfect vehicle in our price range and his team, including Jordana helped make sure all the paperwork was perfect to register the vehicle in BC with ICBC. I was not happy with my it but my uncle suggested I that I go to Lexus of Edmonton and let me say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. As soon as I walked in the door I found every person I met was friendly and polite and I didn't feel pressured at all. There was no sales representatives fighting to get my attention, my uncle was talking to Cam Ruttens and I dealt with him through the whole process. Unfortunately the sales representative my uncle has dealt with, Sandy Raubenheimer, was not in but she is amazing none the less. Even though she didn't assist me with finding my perfect vehicle, she treats me no different then one of her own clients and that is what I love to see in a dealership. They have a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Now some may be concerned or intimidated by the Lexus brand and if they can afford it or not but there was no pressure and certainly no forcing me into a vehicle I couldn't afford or didn't want. The other sales representatives I met, Larry Rozumniak and Jag Warraich, were so friendly and answered any questions that Cam Ruttens was unsure of or directed to one of them. I love to see that it is a team atmosphere and from what I can tell no one who works there is intimidated by another. I have never had this kind of satisfaction or just flat out amazing buying experience in all my life. Normally I have found when I make a purchase its get you in then get you out then grab the next customer. Here I feel I matter and from what I have found out from other people coming in for service that I talked to that they feel like they matter too. I am very happy to say I purchased my NX from Lexus of Edmonton. More

Truly beyond comparison to anything I’ve ever experienced in all my years. The thing that impresses me the most is their consistency to far exceed my expectations every single time. The wonderful people I am referring to are Lee, Dallas and Dean, my trusted service advisors. They are the people who never get enough credit for what they do. My car is my office. I need it and I rely on it every day. The best part about working with these 3 amazing individuals is that it doesn’t matter who I get, they are all equally perfect. Everything I come to them with is quickly and efficiently handled while I sit in the luxurious leather couches in the business center. They always offer me a loaner but truthfully, I enjoy the atmosphere and culture at Lexus of Edmonton and it reminds me of how I want to run my business. Lee, Dallas and Dean remind me of how a customer should be treated. They act as if I am a guest in their home. I feel like a family member. This year I have had a total of 3 flat tires and a smashed window plus a last minute oil change. In the 5 times I’ve seen them, they took care of me that second. With cars lined up out the door, not once would they ever tell me they are too busy even when I know they are. I don’t get to conveniently choose when my car puts me in an uncompromising position but it never bothers them, they just jump on it right away. Lee, Dallas and Dean are customer service gurus, I see them treat everyone in the same fashion. So, If I get this VIP Royal red carpet treatment every single time and every single time I watch and observe them giving everyone else the same treatment, you’d think they would be exhausted… nope! They are smiling, happy, and full of energy! I guess this is why they have so many cars waiting to see them. Thank you Lee, Dallas and Dean. You are the most valuable players on my team. Lexus purchase I just purchased a used Lexus RX 350 SUV from Lexus of Edmonton The Salesman was Cam Rutten. Can did an excellent job of informing me what was avail I just purchased a used Lexus RX 350 SUV from Lexus of Edmonton The Salesman was Cam Rutten. Can did an excellent job of informing me what was available, I was looking for a used RX 350. I looked at a few and made my choise of a 2011 RX 350. We went over in about 1/2 an hour of what Lexus had to offer. The SUV had just came in and it looked great. After it went through their clean up , it was amazing. The unit just glows. It is smooth, yet responsive when you need it . I am enjoying driving it and I previously drove the Acura MDX. I would recommend Lexus to anyone , and especially Cam More
