Firstly, I dealt with Carlos Guevara purely by e-mail and phone, and we closed a deal without any face-to-face contact. He was a pleasure to deal with and he maintained top-notch professionalism throughout all correspondence and communication. I firmly believe that would it not have been for Carlos and his professionalism, I would not have bought my vehicle. Secondly, days later when it came time to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Matthew Reid who welcomed me to Lexus of Edmonton, congratulated me on my purchase, and handed me and my husband a bottled water while we waited to meet with Jen Odynski. Jen was lovely and is an expert in her own right! She took time to walk me through the techs and specs of the vehicle which was invaluable considering I had a 3 hour drive back to Calgary. Whoever thought of taking a few minutes with the customer to acquaint them with the vehicle is a genius. I also met and shared some laughs with Theresa Dacyshyn, who was such a delight. Then it came time to meet with Shannon Herle in the finance office to tie up loose ends. Shannon was wonderful as well. She gave us a tour of the dealership and made us feel at home. Lastly it was time to pick up the vehicle and there was Carlos, plate in hand. It was great to meet the person who strongly represented the Lexus brand even before we finalized the deal. It was good to see his great personality amplified in real life. The entire experience was beyond positive. Everyone I met was very welcoming and had a genuinely great personality. They loved working at Lexus of Edmonton and it showed! Hands down a fantastic experience overall. The only thing that would have made it better was meeting Herby but poor little guy was on a sick day. That's okay – means we'll have to buy another vehicle sometime soon! More
