(have owned at least 7 other cars) After this initial purchase we were always in contact with Sandy without any pretense of buying a vehicle but just visiting including our daughter who was born shortly after our first car purchase. Sandy treated us like family not as customers. After a long and serious consideration at looking at German models and the other dealer in the city.... the decision of after sales help ...if needed...was simple - going back to Sandy at Lexus.
