Relaxing, Pampered Experience I was at the dealership on May 10 to get my tires changed and oil servicing done. I was greeted with a smile as I drove into the service entrance. I walked in to the building and was greeted by some more very friendly people. After leaving my information at the service desk, I was offered to help myself to coffee & a cinnamon bun or other beverage of my choice..which I did. I headed upstairs for my complimentary mani-pedi. Since I was 1/2 an hour early, I had to take advantage of the complimentary massage chair (whom I have named Julio) and who is now my main man! LOL The mani pedi was awesome. Ashton did a wonderful job! Just as the mani pedi was finished, a young gentlemen ( think Dean), came up to let me that my car was ready to go! WHAT! ALREADY??? I felt like I had a great "spa" experience. Reluctantly I had to go, however I was greeted with my freshly washed Lexus and felt GREAT! on my drive home. I always smile when I think of the service at this dealership! More

Well I was sitting in the waiting room a staff member came in and asked if I would like water, then brought me a bottle. A few minutes later someone else asked if I would like a muffin and brought me one. Each person in the waiting room was acknowledged and asked if there was anything they wanted/needed !! We all buy vehicles so we can have good service and fewer headaches than the average person experiences with their vehicle. Anyone who is aware of how Lexus on 170 Street Edmonton treats their customers would never buy a vehicle anywhere else as long as they live !! More

Carlos has always been quick and thorough with his replies and this was very important since we live in Calgary so most of our correspondence had been via email and phone. We were always made to feel we were his number one priority and worked tirelessly with us to get the car and deal we wanted. We were then seamlessly transitioned to Cecilia for final financial arrangements which was completed efficiently and without any fuss. Jill and the delivery team continued the same attention to detail and outstanding customer service when preparing and presenting our "new" car. My salesperson, Carlos, was the best I've ever dealt with personally. He was very attentive and informative without being pushy. He wanted to make sure that I felt I was making the right decision. The entire staff treated me seriously and with respect, despite my being younger. Something that I did not experience at other luxury dealerships. I came in from out of town and even though I arrived almost an hour late for my appointment, they did not make me feel badly for being late and told me to ensure I took my time and not to stress. My new vehicle was ready and Theresa was waiting for me to go over the final walkthrough to make sure I was aware of and could take full advantage of all the features the vehicle has to offer. Shannon from finance was so great to deal with and even saved me some additional money on my extended warranty and worked to provide me with a warranty that fit a little better for me, being that I am from out of town. She also insisted that she entertain my daughter while I was on the phone with my insurance company and switched over the car seat, making things easier for me and more enjoyable for my daughter.
