Ian and Deepak were understanding and willing to clarify all our queries and concerns about the vehicle and helped us in choosing the Lexus that suited us. Afterwards, the financial manager Bailey who was also very affable and kind showed us the additional packages available . We returned this year and spoke with Jaryd Long who showed us a few vehicles and took us for test drives. Jared understood that we were going to wait a year and took the time to answer all our questions about the new vehicles. We went back after a month with new intentions of buying from Jaryd but picked his day off by mistake. Ethan Jackson conversed with Jaryd by phone and took over seamlessly. Thank you Ethan. My wife and I were impressed and bought the vehicle. Zack Carey did an excellent job as sales manager and guided us through the final paperwork without any hassle. We returned a few days later to pick up the vehicle and were met and congratulated by all three men. Very classy. We were escorted to the delivery centre where Laura Janke walked us through the entire vehicle and its features. She answered questions, synced our phones to the car and was extremely pleasant.
