He was very thorough in the information and he knows his product and numbers well. He is very honest in his dealings and very different from other car salesperson I had dealt with. Everything was upfront without hidden charges and you know exactly what decision to make. I bought the Lexus with much assurance and confidence without a doubt in my decision. Sam gives the best impression and performance of being helpful and professional. I would never go to another car salesperson except Sam. More

Everyone at Lexus was professional and friendly, from the moment you walk in until you walk out. Doors are opened for you, drinks and food served. They make sure get the real "Lexus Experience" and it shows. Everyone at the Lexus car dealership was very helpful and I feel confident that my purchase will continue to pay dividends: a quality vehicle purchase that will be augmented by continued excellent customer service. Specific to my claims of excellent customer service, I had received an unfortunate--and ill timed--door scratch only within a week of driving off the dealership car lot, but Henok had my scratched door fixed--at no charge--within 24 hours. In addition, Bailey Potter, one of the Lexus finance managers, also went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with my car purchase.
