Great performance My wife and I where in the market for a new SUV. We had contacted Lexus online sales and received an immediate response from Carlos. The attention to My wife and I where in the market for a new SUV. We had contacted Lexus online sales and received an immediate response from Carlos. The attention to customer service was outstanding, the vehicle (RX350 Demo) was well equipped and reasonably priced. The offer on my existing trade in was very competitive. We ended up going in a different vehicle, but it was a very hard choice. Lexus of Edmonton sets the bar - All major reasons I would recommend dealing with them. More

I can also say that is exactly how we were treated. Ethan Jackson our sales representative took the time to review the different models and gave us a first hand view of all of the features available to us. Professional sales, but the service department is just OK. I bought my RX350 a year ago and thought "what a great experience". Well, that was soured after my first visit to the service department and is totall I bought my RX350 a year ago and thought "what a great experience". Well, that was soured after my first visit to the service department and is totally a distant memory after the second one. The Service Advisor's I have dealt with don't take enough information to ensure the issues gets corrected the first time or even the second. Everyone is friendly, but I think they forget who their customers are. Many Lexus owners are auto enthusiasts and not 16 year old teenagers driving their first car. I don't need to be patronized, rather I want to ensure my vehicle is working at peak performance at all times and not having to make several trips to correct the issue. Then there's the billing, my wife has the exact same vehicle which I taken in the day before, we had the exact same service done and the cabin filter add-on, yet I experienced a $17 shop supply add-on and my wife didn't. Really? Maybe time for a new vehicle and a new dealership... More
