Excellent Service. The problem with my SUV was scheduled for service in January 2019. However it got worse in mid December so I rescheduled for Dec 19 at 9:00 am. A fam The problem with my SUV was scheduled for service in January 2019. However it got worse in mid December so I rescheduled for Dec 19 at 9:00 am. A family emergency necessitated getting my granddaughter to the dentist at 1:00 pm, meaning I had to have the vehicle back before noon. I dropped it off early at 7:30 am explaining my situation to the desk. They gave me a loaner so that I could still get the child to the dentist if something unexpected happened. The service was done by 11:15 am, including a wash. I told them that I now believed that there really was a Santa Claus. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all at Lexus of Edmonton. More
