The experienced I had on Monday with Lexus Downtown was horrible, I drove all the way from Kleinburg to have my vehicle service, the service manager turned me down because he said there was no room to acco horrible, I drove all the way from Kleinburg to have my vehicle service, the service manager turned me down because he said there was no room to accommodate my service, I even told him I could wait all day in the lobby to have it serviced especially with what the price of gas is saying now. Have been dealing with Lexus Downtown for five years and have always happy to go back there because of the good staffs and service they had. The service I got on Monday have put me away from going there again, it was a terrible service and I will never recommend anyone there again. More
