I was just looking for some basic info on a used vehicle I've been interested in buying for some time. I was met by Paul upon my entrance. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Unfortunately they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for available but what impressed me was that he took the time to go over all the features and made sure the car I wanted was the right fit for me. He made very detailed notes on everything i wanted so that he can find me the perfect vehicle that suits all of my needs. I was so impressed that i will leave it in his hands to contact me when the vehicle i want becomes available. I'd rather be patient and work with him in the future than to go elsewhere with my business. As a person that works in sales it was very refreshing to encounter a sales representative that cares and is willing to go that extra mile.
