Stefan Jensen in finance was just as helpful. We like Volkswagen. Our cars have been reliable and comfortable. The people at the dealership have also been pleasant, upfront, and helpful. Never having owned or driven a Volkswagon, we stopped at the dealership on a whim. We had been to another dealership the day before and had such a negative experience, no straight answers, pressure to sign on a vehicle without being provided any information about price, offered high bi-weekly payments and told that there was a "hiccup" with my credit (there's nothing wrong with my credit) but they thought they could still get an interest rate under 10%. Dealing with the staff at Lethbridge Volkswagon was a breath of fresh air! We purchased a 2017 Tiguan and couldn't be happier! More
