Never having owned or driven a Volkswagon, we stopped at the dealership on a whim. We had been to another dealership the day before and had such a negative experience, no straight answers, pressure to sign on a vehicle without being provided any information about price, offered high bi-weekly payments and told that there was a "hiccup" with my credit (there's nothing wrong with my credit) but they thought they could still get an interest rate under 10%. Dealing with the staff at Lethbridge Volkswagon was a breath of fresh air! We purchased a 2017 Tiguan and couldn't be happier! More
