GREAT product advisor for the dealership. Doesn't try and present himself inside your wallet immediately upon shaking hands. He presented the car as it was knowing all of its perks. In fact purchased this Jetta in the midst of all the publicity as of late. The Jetta has not disappointed! Comfort was an issue when test driving other models at other dealerships throughout the city and the Jetta won out on comfort alone! More

Told them I would rather do the work myself & picked up my car, only to be hit with $300 bill for nothing just to get keys back. Went to a local garage specializing in European cars, quoted & completed work to car for $2,000. Car is roadworthy & working fine. More

Watch out if going for an oil change. Will tell you that you need to have power steering fluid and possibly add some other work like an emergency brake replacement. All this for only $650.00! If you're a trusting individual (like a young college student) and you're told it really needs to be done or it will be way more expensive down the road, you're especially vulnerable. When I arrived at the dealer i noticed some minor body damage on the car that was not disclosed by the dealer and within 10 minutes I had finnished talking to the sales manager and they had offered to repair the damage at their cost up in calgary at a dealer of my choosing. When i noticed back in calgary that my manual had come in the wrong language Chad didnt hestitate to order me a BRAND NEW manual at their cost ($100 value) shipping it to my home address so i didnt have to make another trip down to lethbridge. I am so impressed with this service that I would even consider dirving down to lethbridge in the future to make my next VW purchase, a 3 hour drive... More
