There were certain models came up in my mind to look at but not all models were in sale around my area. I kept searching and searching until I found a car that in my mind for a long time. I actually did not look into so detail because VW had this car so no doubt for its history or maintenance. When I went into the shop, I felt so warm and relaxed. The air in the shop was very fresh and employees were very calm. They never pushed me buying a car. They wait until I speak, they tried their best to keep my satisfaction high. They tried what I request for and they listened what I say. So, what I can say is "They do not tell you something you cannot see. Mark Sereda was very thorough going through the options when we decided to purchase and ensuring we were well informed on our choices and happy with them. We felt we were given fair value on our trade in. As well, when we picked up our vehicle Mark was thorough going through our new vehicle with us. We have had one service appointment to date, and the service staff are friendly, excellent, and explain things thoroughly.
