Called they said they would deliver it to my home to which is a 1 1/2 hour drive then called next day asked if we chould come down and pick it up around 4 pm said yes wife had to leave work early said it would be detailed washed and ready then got text from them they will bring it to us I called and asked ways told it on its way from Red Deer we ended up picking it up But after the long drive there. Ask to see it and was told was just being done when it came out it was washed but not detailed everything was dusty dirty scratches was not detailed in anyway. Was piss said they would keep it and do it I said no ok bring it back on a Saturday morning and it would all get done so 3 hours more of driving. Dave From Honda Canada said that he would send us a gas card for us in. Which we are still waiting for three weeks got there Saturday morning was told 3- 4 hours all would be done almost 6 hours later it came out with a body wash and shampooed carpets stuff in the box still there lift up the seats just dirty love compartment dusty dirty was not detailed like promised so mad left they took pictures and said they would deal with it still waiting so if You Can don't believe anything they say And I've had the new truck 3 weeks and have had 3 CALLs from them asking me to come in to trade the 1500 GMC 2013 Sierra white that's on their wed page for sale PS don't listen to Dave or Adam lies lies and lies..Lisa H finance she was great you can trust her More

Great in handling Customer Concern - Roland Had an issue with them when I first bought my van (tires). Avoid at all costs! I had heard lots of mixed reviews about the dealership but was interested in a new Kia Soul and figured for the convenience of being in the same city I had heard lots of mixed reviews about the dealership but was interested in a new Kia Soul and figured for the convenience of being in the same city how bad could it really be? Well I'm glad I never got to find out. Lets start by saying they have no prices on their website or in the vehicles so you have absolutely no idea what they are asking for and even when you try and talk to a sales person they only ask what YOU want to pay monthly but you have to push and push to get the asking price from them. I was interested in a new Kia Soul a yellow EX package the lot, I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. When I inquired about them I was told they told me they were sold and tried to push me to their 2016 white and green eco model, I wasn't interested in it at all so I left. Finally went back almost two months later and the exact same yellow one was in the same spot and I know it was the same one because I had a picture of the VIN! I questioned the manager and the sales person who greeted me outside about how I was told it was sold and they tried to push me to buy a less desired model on the lot to get rid of it, they 100% danced around the question. I mentioned how from a customer stand point this would be much easier if they had prices listed somewhere, whether online or in the vehicle, and they gave me the speech about how that's the dealerships owners decision and its to encourage people to talk to sales people, I then said he should pass along my complaint to the manage, and he had the NERVE to say that he wouldn't be doing that. I walked away willing to spending over $30,000 on the car of my dreams because the sales manager doesn't know how to provide customer service. They are a bunch of arrogant people who wouldn't know what customer service was if it punched them in the face. More

Dents and scratches Alright so Brent said if I talked to the bank and asked them to undo everything he would.
