Terrible Experience, Overly Aggressive Sales Team Went to Kia to look at vehicles and test drive since my previous vehicle was written off in an accident. My original sales associate was very friendly Went to Kia to look at vehicles and test drive since my previous vehicle was written off in an accident. My original sales associate was very friendly and helpful. After test driving a few vehicles I found a car that was suitable (non kia) and was transferred to another sales associate. I requested a price on the vehicle, financing rates and type, cash payment options. Was not given any straight answers and was forced to pay $50 to even start negotiating. After an hour of negotiating the sales associate and I had come to an agreement on price but after a second walk around of the car I had found some damage. Once the damage was found the sales associate said Kia would fix but once he spoke to the sales manager they cancelled the agreed upon deal and raised the price by $1000 basically expecting me to pay for the repairs. I made multiple attempts to leave but the sales associate was very aggressive and bullied me into staying. I was treated like I didn't know anything and that my ideas didn't matter. The experience was very unprofessional and very uncomforting. By the time I was able to leave the dealer, 4 hours had passed and they would not refund my $50 unless I came back another day. Worst sales experience I've ever had. More

I found a 2016 Kia Forte that I fell in love with! Matt(the salesmen I was dealing with) was very friendly and was patient when I was still unsure if I wanted the vehicle. Matt did not pressure me into making a decision , and made sure I wanted the car 100% before I signed the papers. Liam, one of the dealerships managers met with me in the middle of process to see if everything was going ok. As a whole the dealership made my car finding process, very relaxing and pressure free. Everyone I crossed paths with was friendly and I felt that they genuinely wanted me to find a car that I love in the price range I need payments to be. The only downside I can find is that the dealership do not have prices on the vehicles. I am the type of person who needs to throughly know what I am getting myself into with whatever choice I am making. This was difficult to do since I did not know the vehicle prices so I could not plan out what vehicles were too much money for me to get; I couldn't plan out my financial options before I went in the dealership. Other than that I still had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Lethbridge Kia to all my friends and family. More
absolutely no complaints What can I say. I went in to have a look, found a car (Forte), took it for a test drive, and told Kyle (the salesperson) it was nice but too small fo What can I say. I went in to have a look, found a car (Forte), took it for a test drive, and told Kyle (the salesperson) it was nice but too small for me. He suggested the Soul. He answered all questions without hiding costs and made suggestions. He phoned around to other dealers and found a Soul back east and had it shipped here. Very happy with the car so far. I've had it 3.5 years now and won't give it up. As I told the salesperson who offered me trade-in value (equity), "I'm going to keep my Soul until either the Soul or I die." All service is done at Kia. They've always fit me in whenever I need it (including today - "Can you be here in 15 minutes?" - getting a level 4 service, transmission fluid dump, and installation of an extra transmission cooler). The service rep found a way to fit me in. He answered all questions I had. Whenever I walk in, the desk lady always remembers me and calls me by name. I think that would actually be personalized service, no? I have nothing negative to say about them so far - only good. I'd recommend buying a Kia from these guys. More
Best dealership ever! I stopped by Lethbridge Kia after weeks of shopping at different dealers around Lethbridge and even drove up to Calgary one Saturday. I found my exper I stopped by Lethbridge Kia after weeks of shopping at different dealers around Lethbridge and even drove up to Calgary one Saturday. I found my experience here to be the best one I've had at any store I went to and the car was priced thousands less than comparable cars in Calgary. They made my buying experience fun and I found Matt to be really friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the car I was looking at buying. After my purchase which took less than an hour the General Manager Kyle came out to shake my hand and thank me for the business. I loved my experience here and I love my new KIA. Thank you Lethbridge KIA!!! More
NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM LETHRBIDGE KIA!!! Poor customer service, misleading information just to be rushed into a contract for 7 years paying way too much for sub par service. The salesman prom Poor customer service, misleading information just to be rushed into a contract for 7 years paying way too much for sub par service. The salesman promised a lower interest rate and no payments for 6 months, the vehicle had a DVD player and it would be cleaned and have a full tank of gas at pickup. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS A LIE!!! The "dvd player" was one that is attached to the front seats of the van not the factory installed dvd player that is usually seen on the ceiling that was spoken about with the manager. It took over 10 days to finally pick up the vehicle that didn't have a full tank of gas and was below average detailing. Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from Lethbridge Kia! More
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS LETHBRIDGE KIA DEALERSHIP! I visited this dealership a month ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. The salesperson was very pushy and unprofessional. I liked the used ca I visited this dealership a month ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. The salesperson was very pushy and unprofessional. I liked the used car and wanted to pay cash for it with my line of credit cheque but was told it would be better to finance it as the dealership gets money from the bank that finances it. I fell for this and they prepared the finance papers. The car had to be cleaned as it smelled like cigarette smoke, therefore, we never took the car. When I got home my husband said they were ripping me off with the high price of this 2010 used vehicle and we decided to cancel the deal. So first thing in the morning we went in and we told the girl at the reception that we were not buying the car and wanted to cancel. She did not know how to credit our Visa as I had put $500 down for the car. She had to ask other salespersons that were there drinking coffee how to credit the visa. We asked her if she wanted the finance papers and she said no. Apparently, she did not advise anyone about the cancellation and a few days later, the salesperson called and I told him we had cancelled the deal. He was so rude and told me "You just bought a car lady, you will see when the first payment comes out or your credit will be affected". He treated me like a piece of trash and hung up on me. It gets worse.....when I received the letter from Scotiabank regarding the loan I called the bank to inform them what had transpired and they advised me to talk to the manager as the dealership had to cancel the finance and return the money to the bank. I was then travelling in the US and called the manager from there. He asked me if I could come in to talk to him but I told him I was in the US and wouldn't get back until Thanksgiving. He was very rude as well when I told him the deal was off, he said to me "you will see the repercussions" and hung up on me. He knew I was in the US and that Saturday around 6pm my husband was home and saw someone parking a white car in our driveway, when he came out two guys were running to a car which was parked 3 houses from ours and drove away. They left a sticky note on the windshield saying "the keys are in the mailbox" and a happy face. My husband called the police. The police was not happy with what they had done and tried calling the dealership for about 45 minutes until they got a hold of this Kyle manager and asked him to come and get their car or else they were going to take it to the police compound. 20 mins later two guys came to pick it up. When I came back from my trip, my husband and I went to talk to Kyle, the manager who was extremely rude to us. He never asked us into his office and had us sitting at the entrance by the door. We told him what they did of dropping off the car with no plates or insurance in our driveway was unacceptable. We asked him to cancel the finance, he stood up mad and said he was going to talk to Scotiabank and cancel the finance. I wanted something in writing and told me he doesn't give anything in writing. To this date, they have not cancelled the finance. What they tried to do is to ruin my credit but the bank knows what they have been doing to me. The people working there are young punks with no professionalism whatsoever, very shady people. More
