Felt there was unfair disclosure. There were some items that left us feeling duped by the dealership after already having gone down the vehicle negotiation process. The salesman seeme There were some items that left us feeling duped by the dealership after already having gone down the vehicle negotiation process. The salesman seemed like a good guy but lacked experience and knowledge about the vehicle. Our real concern came after having signed papers for the purchase of a Kia Sorento we found out we were only going to be provided with one key. When we asked the dealership to provide a second key we were told they would not and the price for a second key would be $670.00. There was also no owners manual in the glove box and again they would not provide one. They did print off 500 pages of a PDF manual - that doesn't fit the glove box. Finally the vehicle was not washed on the outside. And inside the vehicle was only a partial cleaning. We found dirty napkins and nacho chips under the seats. Not sure if the dealership wants there nacho chips back. I would not recommend Kia Lethbridge. More

I ended up buying the vehicle, after a month of owning it the axle came loose and had more underlying problems that warranty did not cover. After spending 44,000 and taking it to Kia to fix it, they sent me to another dealership. When i arrived there they said i shouldn't have been allowed to drive it, axle was loose and could have caused an accident. I will not recommend anyone visiting this dealership. More
Felt beat down after purchase I was lied to by a Salesman on 2 fronts to get me into the store. High pressure sales environment while I was there. I went ahead with the deal becau I was lied to by a Salesman on 2 fronts to get me into the store. High pressure sales environment while I was there. I went ahead with the deal because of the awesome work their finance team did by getting me a 0.9% interest rate over 84 months. Delivery was a gong show and the wife and I have been reading the owners manual to answer figure out the display. Don't expect much truth about things they say to get you in the door but seriously do not expect to have a wonderful buying experience unless you are very stern and do not them to do what they want. Remember you are the customer and they should do what you want OR SIMPLY WALK! More
Bought a vehicle I would not recommend anybody to go and buy a vehicle or service a vehicle at this dealer I bought one they'll rip you off as much as they can they li I would not recommend anybody to go and buy a vehicle or service a vehicle at this dealer I bought one they'll rip you off as much as they can they lie to you do anything to get more money out of you first they give me a price of $33,500 and then they try to approve me for $46,000 for the vehicle and they did not want to tell me how much they approve me for I would just continue asking until they told me then I said I was not going to buy it they dropped the price big time but I still had to pay 40000 + 300 I don't know why I was so stupid and did it. Plus there is a flapping noise in the vehicle I took it in like four times into service and they only put it in their system once they said they fixed the problem when I bring it back to him just always keep saying we fix that we replace the panel they didn't even do anything to it until I take it to Medicine Hat they fix it More

Three years later and still appalling service and followup. The first vehicle was a Forte, and the sales rep was a decent person who did a great job, so we went back when we were considering an upgrade to a Spo The first vehicle was a Forte, and the sales rep was a decent person who did a great job, so we went back when we were considering an upgrade to a Sportage. Sadly, the excellent sales rep was no longer with this dealership. That should have been the first sign things had gone downhill. It started with the new sales rep refusing to address my wife, who was the one looking to upgrade. Despite repeatedly pointing at her and explicitly telling him to talk with her, he refused and insisted on looking at and talking to me. Then the lies about which vehicles were available started. They were fixated on selling us something from the lot, and dragged out the process when it became apparent they didn't have what we wanted in stock. Then the stories started about what options were available, and what we could get at the price we were willing to spend. Somehow the available options seemed to shrink as we talked. When the Sportage finally showed up they claimed we couldn't have it because it needed to be 'inspected and detailed', and have the winter tires installed. On further questioning the winter tires weren't in stock and the 'inspection and detailing' amounted to putting 'Lethbridge Kia' decals on and not cleaning the vehicle. My wife had to drive to Calgary through a snowstorm in her 2WD Forte instead of the AWD Sportage because the dealership botched delivery by a week. By 'botched', I mean the Sportage sat on the Kia lot in Lethbridge. After repeated complaints at the time, the General Manager apologised for the unacceptable delays and admitted there was no reason for them. He admitted that the Sportage could have been delivered up to a week before it actually was, and that we could have returned for the tires/etc later. He promised to make amends, but failed to deliver or follow through in any way. In the three years since, the only contacts we have had from Lethbridge Kia have been from random sales reps trying to get us to trade in the Sportage. We have attempted to get an acceptance of any level of responsibility and have seen nothing. Likely the staff turnover has something to do with this, as we don't recognise anyone anymore. Against our suggestions, friend of ours went in to buy a Kia during this ordeal and the sales staff treated her so poorly she was reduced to tears in the showroom. Lethbridge Kia is an appallingly bad place to buy a vehicle, and we would never return. The staff obviously don't care about long-term relationships, and only care about short-term gains from getting you signing on the line. Once you sign, they treat you like an annoyance as they chase the next sale. More
