Hi Pete, we have tried calling you to discuss this matter. you approved the work and knew the cost and signed the work order. it seems like you were charge 0.4 of an hour for the service on $60,000 vehicle... which is a standard fee that we charge... I am trying to understand why did you approve the work if you think the price we charged was not fair? Also if you think it is a simple installation why didn't you just buy the part and install it? I am trying to understand this for myself. we have called you and left you a voicemail. Please give us a call and ask for the service manager so we could address your concern.
