Great experience at Leggat Kia I went in to inquire about a car and was so happy to have been serviced by Peter, Syed, Paul and Kennique. I wasn’t even sure if I would be eligible t I went in to inquire about a car and was so happy to have been serviced by Peter, Syed, Paul and Kennique. Untrustworthy salespeople Hi Brett, I am writing to let you know that I am extremely disappointed with the sales experience of the 2017 Kia Niro that I purchased today. In a Hi Brett, I am writing to let you know that I am extremely disappointed with the sales experience of the 2017 Kia Niro that I purchased today. In addition to the following errors on the contract: 1. I was told that mileage on the car was 38km, on the contract says 180km 2. Vehicle pricing is $900 more than the price listed on the website. I was told that I was getting a "deal" 3. Deposit of $2000 was omitted on the contract. I was held at the office until past 6pm, after closing. I informed you that I needed to leave to pick up my daughter. When I finally met with Atif he was extremely rude. He informed me that because I was not purchasing any extras that he was performing the paperwork for free and that he would not walk through the numbers with me to ensure that they were correct. He told me to quickly sign the contract and that "all sales are final" so that I could be on my way. Additionally you told my family that this was the only Kia Niro available in the country however after searching online I found many of the exact same models available in the GTA. You have informed me that I can speak to a manager, Paul or Ali, on Monday because "sometime mistakes happen". I expect to be refunded my deposit in full on Monday. Hope this information helps others purchasing a vehicle from Leggat Kia. I would't trust what the salespeople say, best to do your homework ahead of time. More
Great experience buying our Kia Soul! We had a great experience with Leggat Kia, during the recent purchase of our Kia Soul. We arrived at the dealership for our 7:30pm appointment, were greeted by Aly and Mohammed. They had a few Soul's ready for us to test drive, and they were very helpful throughout the process. When we made the decision to buy, Aly and Atif stayed late to get the deal completed. We decided on a 2017 Kia Soul demo, and are very happy with our purchase, and the team that helped us at Leggat Kia. Thank you Aly, Mohammed and Atif for your help; for staying late to accommodate us, for answering all of our questions, for the easy financial process, and for the general overview of the car at pick-up time. Terrible after sales experience. I've had a lot of problems with my car since buying it. (A 2 year old car with 34 000 km on it) -Faulty intake valve -Improper shifting -Noisy belt I've had a lot of problems with my car since buying it. (A 2 year old car with 34 000 km on it) -Faulty intake valve -Improper shifting -Noisy belts/door pannels/dashboard -Engine rattles -Faulty Idle/Stop and go Ive had the car in twice to fix the shifting and they now refuse to service it again as it continues. Atif, the salesmen who sold me the car and assured me it was a well running vehicle, told me to "rub a bar of soap" on the fan belt stop it from being noisy. Atif also told me that sometimes the doors make noise, he pushed on the doors telling me that would stop it. An ugly piece of foam was stuck into the dash board to stop the squeaking noise although it still persists. Atif told me to put premium gas in my car to get rid of the engine rattle, I did and the rattle is back. Atif laughed when I told him about the Idle/Stop and go issues. Told me he's aware that they malfunction sometimes and that he does not like that feature but offered me no solution. Pathetic service, will never recommend any Leggat dealership because of this experience. The service manager also told me numerous lies. I was given my car and it was immediately due for an oil change and the tires were unbalanced. You would think when someone spends 13 000 dollars youd at least change the oil for them. When I asked the service manager why they didn't he told me that wasn't't a service they gave to sold vehicles at the time. I later called into reception and asked about that and was told a different story. The service manager also told me they do not give out courtesy cars. I was later on hold with them and in THEIR OWN CALL WAITING AD they said they will find you a vehicle in the mean time if you need one. Terrible. More
