Disgusting customer service, I went there this morning, with intention on buying a hat and a golf gti, I walk in grab the hat notice no one is at parts desk, because there never is, I was just here last we with intention on buying a hat and a golf gti, I walk in grab the hat notice no one is at parts desk, because there never is, I was just here last week paid 65k for a golf R with my brother, after some overweight sales man sees me with the hat now looking at cars, he doesn’t ask me any questions about if I want a car, guy yells out in a busy dealership for everyone to hear, HEY YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THAT HAT! I was very embarrassed to say the least, I let staff know how that made me feel and they kicked me out the dealership, these people are racist and prejudiced pls do NOT buy a car from them, unless your white dong even go in there unless you like being treated like a criminal and embarrassed. More
I’ve been a loyal customer, consistently giving five stars, but now I’m forced to give a one star. After trusting this dealership to fix an issue with our vehicle—and paying a high price for it—the prob stars, but now I’m forced to give a one star. We’ve reached out multiple times, spoken to managers, and brought the car in repeatedly, yet there’s been no resolution, only dismissiveness. Why were we charged for parts and labor that didn’t solve the issue? This feels like a money grab and dishonest service. We were considering buying another car from them, but no longer. After months of effort and wasted time, we're left without trust and out of patience. All we’re asking is for the job to be done correctly or our money refunded. To make it worse, the "fixed" issue became a safety risk while driving. Consider this a warning—ask questions and demand accountability if you choose this dealership. More
The service department is terrible and I see there are many other complaints on this site about this…our story is we have a 2022 Jetta and there is a known problem in which the rear breaks wear faster tha many other complaints on this site about this…our story is we have a 2022 Jetta and there is a known problem in which the rear breaks wear faster than they should. As such VW offer an extended warranty on breaks upto 50,000 km. I had Leaven’s service dept check our breaks just before the 50,000 km and they said our breaks were fine and wouldn’t need to be done. Approx a month later we took it in for an oil change and in their inspection they said our rear breaks were practically down to metal and needed replacement - now over the 50,000 km warranty period. They didn’t wear that much in a month. Then they quoted us almost $1,000 to do the breaks - we left and took to Kal Tire who did it for $500 - approx. half what Leaven’s quoted. Leavens also told us it needed control arm bushing but that would be covered under warranty - however then would need an alignment which wouldn’t be covered. They quoted us $200 for the alignment. So we booked for the work and then when my husband called to arrange a shuttle they told us that because we have adaptive cruise control the price for the alignment would actually be $350 - so we called around and took the car to Kal Tire again and they said their cost for alignment is $140. More

Excellent experience with Clinton Smith on the purchase of our new VW Atlas. His full knowledge of all features the Atlas has to offer was exceptional. A couple added features I love, is the extra large of our new VW Atlas. His full knowledge of all features the Atlas has to offer was exceptional. A couple added features I love, is the extra large windshield and how the doors extend down over the rocker panel. So when you exit the vehicle no more scuff marks on your pants.
