Last Saturday, April 23, we had an appointment to swap our winter tires for summer tires. While we were waiting, the service staff told us our front tires were out of alignment and asked our permission to our winter tires for summer tires. While we were waiting, the service staff told us our front tires were out of alignment and asked our permission to perform an alignment of two front tires. After paying $150 for the additional service, we found out that the misalignment was slight but just met the requirement of needing an adjustment. The mechanic suggested replacing all of our summer tires due to “heavy feathering.” We just bought the brand new car from this dealer in October 2020, and we have a set of winter tires for winter. It means we only used our summer tires for one season in 2021. Furthermore, we swapped our summer tires to winter tires in the fall of 2021 with the same dealer. At that time, nobody from the dealer mentioned any misalignment of our wheels. We checked our four summer tires; they all have deep threads with no visible signs of excessive wear. We asked the service staff to explain why it was necessary to replace all four of our reasonably new summer tires where the front wheels, not the rear, were out of alignment. The service staff said the mechanic was having lunch that time and she would ask him and call us the same day with an explanation. However, we didn't get a call. After three days, we received a message from the service manager about our prebooked future appointments. We sent him a statement about our disappointing service, and we have heard nothing from the service manager either. We went to the same car dealer we purchased our car from for services all the time. All we want is to get an OK service from the people we “know.” Unfortunately, we have to move our business to another car dealer. After all, an ethical car dealer with an honest service attitude is what we are seeking as a customer. More
We are very disappointed how sales person treats customers even though we are previous VW owners. When we pick up a new car, when we about to leave, we realized we got only one key instead of two. We told her we got only one key then she convinced herself she got us two keys. She was very sure about that and she treated us as thief as someone trying to get a free key. She and her colleague were going through our bags in the truck and they were asked us ( I and my son) to start the car without the key she got us. Keep asking us over and over for checking our belongings and pockets even we already did. We told her that we got only one key but they didn’t listen us at all. We couldn’t believe they treated us criminals. After all things done what they could check with us, she finally went back to her office and she got the second key. I would not forget this happening and I will never buy at this place again. This is so ridiculous. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO PHURCHASE A CAR. More

This dealership is not worthy of purchasing a car from. The service is terrible. They scratched the whole side of my brand new 2021 Volkswagon Atlas going into their car wash. I had to send back again and get them to repair as it should have been. I spoke with the dealer principle and after it was returned he never reached back out to see if I was satisfied with repairs as he said he would. Some staff are untrained and could not care about the service they provide. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and it was still not done. I would never recommend their dealership and will never purchase another car from here. More

I took my Jetta in for a diagnosis after a different location Volkswagen did work. Jeff from Leavens went above and beyond for me. Jeff ensured I understood exactly what happened to my car. Jeff and his team went above and beyond to help advocate to the dealership in Barrie who did the work prior. Genuinely felt that Jeff and his team wanted a good solution for me, even though I didn’t end up spending much money at their location. Next vehicle repair or purchase I will absolutely go back to leavens and recommend it to family and friends! More
Had a Computer replaced At Leavens. The tech accidentally unplugged my meth injection system which was getting it’s power source From around the back of the computer. GPS missing after repair When I received my car after a repair, I noticed that my GPS and a charging hub were missing. I always have left the GPS and charging hub in the car when having it repaired and nothing has ever been taken. My car shows no signs of forced entry. I can't say for sure what happened to the GPS and charging hub, but I do know that they were in the car when I dropped it off for service and they were not in the car when it was returned to me. The response of the dealership was to offer me an old GPS unit with no cord, I never got an apology or even a clear answer on what happened to my unit. In fact, they haven't even acknowledged that I have an issue. I was told to "look for it at home". Needless to say I'm very disappointed with the level of customer care and security at Leavens VW. Word to the wise, don't leave anything you care about in your car when it is serviced at Leavens. More
I have been coming here for over 3 years with multiple vehicles. Word cannot express the level of disappointment and regrets I have dealing with Trever the service manager. If you want to hear every excuse in the book and get ignored for literaly months take your car here. In addition they will take multiple visit and substatiable amount of waiting time to get anything fix properly and if you need a loner car forget about it. The staff is horrible and has the worst work ethic I have seen in all my days. The last year and a half dealing with them has made me lose all faith in Volkswagen and that's saying alot as I'm on my third VW and have always been a fan of the brand. If I could rate zero stars I would give them a negative 3. I urge you to take your car literaly anywhere else to be serviced. They never stand by there word as agreed upon. Get everything in writing and document everything. Not that it will help, they will still ignore you hoping you go away. More
