Billy was really attentive, engaged and informative and I would strongly recommend visiting him to chat about a Mazda. He demonstrated an informal style that lacked the desperation and typical lines I got from sales persons at other dealerships. He was honest about what he could and couldn't do for us which allowed us to make an informed choice and truly demonstrated his interest in helping us over making a sale. In the end it was the product that we decided against but will likely be returning to London City Mazda for our next vehicle purchase. More

Excellent Experience - Soup to Nuts! I was on a mission to switch out of my lease that was ending and flip into a crossover/suv from a car. I did my research and went to 5 different deale I was on a mission to switch out of my lease that was ending and flip into a crossover/suv from a car. I did my research and went to 5 different dealerships with a clear list of what my must haves were and what were my "willing to negotiate" items. Test drove 8 vehicles across the 5 dealers (Kia, Chevy, Jeep, Hyundai, and Mazda). All were good, Jasmine was excellent. She listened to what I said and didn't say - asked the right questions to uncover what I didn't remember or even think of asking. When it came to number crunching time, as most others I expected Mazda to come it way out of my range. Jasmine surprised me - they were competitive and took it one step further to beat out all other options I was looking at - she found my ideal vehicle within the price range that I was willing to take on (lease). The others couldn't do the same, I had to give up my ideals to get close to the same payment options. It was a no brainer, fantastic service, knowledgeable sales professional, quick responses to questions, awesome vehicle (Cx-5)! Definitely recommend Jasmine without any hesitation! More
