I was up visiting my son from far up north on the Saturday before Christmas. My car wouldn't go out of 2nd gear. We didn't have an appointment, showed up in the afternoon and they were really busy bu Saturday before Christmas. My car wouldn't go out of 2nd gear. A technician was standing nearby when I was describing the problem and immediately henknew what the issue was. They checked with the parts people to see if they had the sensor in stock. The sensor was there and they had me back on the road in no time at all. They didn't charge me for any diagnostics just the install time and the sensor. I was very impressed Jeff and everyone was very friendly at the dealership. I'll be looking for a new vehicle soon and think after this I am going to drive from up north just to buy from London City's great team of people !! More

Went in to check out the Dodge Journey and see what kind of a deal we can get. Well less than an hour later approved for a 2013 Dodge Journey. Test drive went smoothly, a much better vehicle than Kia Opti of a deal we can get. Well less than an hour later approved for a 2013 Dodge Journey.
