I have been smiling ear to ear since I picked up my new truck, I couldn't be happier with the truck itself, or Allan's service. I was quite surprised that Dave Forgan remembered me from the last purchase, and even recalled my preferences regarding financing, and warranty services. I leased a vehicle through LCC back in January 2013 and initially everything seemed to be going smoothly; but my main tip off should have been the faulty throttle cable not 3 days into owning the car. Since then I have tried to contact my initial rep numerous times about numerous issues that have come up, without a word back for close to a year. I have dealt with other reps and have been treated poorly when asking even the simplest of questions; abrasive and belittling. I can not in good conscious recommend London City Chrysler to anyone looking for a company that will back what they have sold; or even based on their communication with customers. More
