I had to use your Service Dept after my truck almost didnt make it to London on a Sat Nov 24th morning, I explained I was in town to visit my kids for the day , Dan-i think Service Manager , assisted me didnt make it to London on a Sat Nov 24th morning, I explained I was in town to visit my kids for the day , Dan-i think Service Manager , assisted me at the counter, he set me up with a loaner for day, which was much appreciated, later in day they contacted me to let me know the truck would be a few days , Jeff Hobbs then worked hard to find me a rental car, they had Dakota-Mechanic drive me up to the airport to get a car, talk about good service, wow, all the guys were very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. The truck was completed on thursday, they called me along the way to keep me updated. The only complaint or suggestion I would have is the initial time when you walk thru the service door till the time you get served seemed a bit long, it is possible I hit them at a bad time perhaps.
