We were looking for an upgrade to our Jeep headlight system and Damien suggested we make the move to HID lights. We went for the system Damien told us about and we are 110% satisfied with the results. What a great Job! We have had a couple of service details on our Jeep and always choose Damien. I visited LCC several times and have bought an ext warranty as well traded in my car for a new truck. Any time i visited or stopped in for any reason any person that i had dealt called me by my first warranty as well traded in my car for a new truck. My jeep needed service due to an airbag recall. This was considered an important recall due to safety. I called London city Chrysler and spoke to Debbie who was very pleasant to talk to. She was ordering the part and would call me back that day to setup the apt. I never heard back so I called a few days later. She remembered me and said someone else was supposed to call me and sorry they didnt. I setup an appointment for later in the week. I park and go into the service centre at 1058...My appointment was at 11. I am told "I was just about to call you...We ran out of the part" I drove from out of London and they were calling me two minutes before the appointment? I got 15.00 off my oil change for my time...everyone was pleasant to deal with but I was still a little irritated. I was told the part would take one day to come in and they would call me right away to schedule the service. This was 7 days ago....Failed once again. I will take my vehicle somewhere else. More

We started out looking at a Jeep Patriot and ended up buying a Journey. Jessie listened to what I wanted, expected and most of all needed in a new vehicle. She was able to compare the Journey she drives to the vehicle I needed and knew that a vehicle with more power is what I needed to do my daily highway travel while feeling safe and able to keep up. It became clear that the people working around London City like to be there and regardless of who you were coming to see that day any and every staff would speak to you and point you in the right direction. Megan at the front desk remembered me and who I was seeing after my first visit and was always friendly and helpful during my short wait for Jessie to come up to meet me. This is my second purchase from this dealership. My first experience was just ok. The staff and changes they have made has made buying a new vehicle very stress free. The very best part was that I never for a moment felt pressure to buy, and even at the end when Jessie went through the different options with warranty and protection packages she explained them, suggested different options, never pushing anything so hard you felt stressed about it. The no pressure purchase is the best part of this for me....I hate nothing more than someone you don't know pushing a large purchase at you like you have no idea what you want or need. Jeff made the buying experience wonderful and didn't push us to buy a new Dodge Caravan. He found a fantastic 2011 used van that was in top notch shape and looked brand new when we picked it up.
