She was able to compare the Journey she drives to the vehicle I needed and knew that a vehicle with more power is what I needed to do my daily highway travel while feeling safe and able to keep up. The very best part was that I never for a moment felt pressure to buy, and even at the end when Jessie went through the different options with warranty and protection packages she explained them, suggested different options, never pushing anything so hard you felt stressed about it.
