I went to L.C.C. because a friend had gone there and said they had a good experience. Chris Legge was awesome !! I never felt any pressure. We went out to look at it and it really did check off all my little boxes. This being the first time I bought a car I always had it my head that all car salesmen where pushy and trying to sell you what they wanted and not what you wanted. I went to another dealer in London and was looking at the Jeep Cherokee and it seemed every question I ask the salesman would have to look up the answer. I clearly told him I was interested in a new Cherokee Jeep Cherokee and it seemed every question I ask the salesman would have to look up the answer. I clearly told him I was interested in a new Cherokee and he would keep bringing up a used Grand Cherokee. I know you can't know everything about every product but you should know something about most of the products. That salesman gave me the dealer spec. sheets with prices and options and basically told me to check off what I wanted and bring the sheets back when I decided. He also said to phone and book a test drive. I did my homework on the models and options and decided to see what London City Chrysler had to say about the Jeep Cherokee. Chris Legge met up with us and he had answers to the questions we had, he then went and brought up a Cherokee and had us take a test drive and answered more questions, then put us in another Cherokee to show the difference between the 2 cars. The delivery of my vehicle was delayed by about a week and with my car being written off from an accident, I needed a vehicle. I told Chris that my wife was seriously looking at the Jeep Wrangler for her next car. So Chris arranged for us to have a wrangler untilme Cherokee was ready for delivery. Needless to say that there is a excellent chance that next year when our Honda lease is done we will be visiting Chris Legge again to look at the Wrangler. The great service London City Chrysler didn't stop with Chris, every employee working was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Chris for finding the Cherokee I was looking for. This is the first Dodge I have owned and most likely will be a Jeep Wrangler owner soon. More

I entered the dealership disillusioned by offers (for my trade-in) by other dealers, and presented myself to Chris ( Legge) with an attitude that would have frustrated any other sales person. I explained to this gentleman that I had done my research, I know what my trade in is worth and was willing to negotiate a fair deal. He listened intently. He suggested we do a real time survey together and determine once and for all what his boss would allow given the facts. Upon completing this search we narrowed 484 variables down to 4 true representative quotes. My offer along with my trade in was accepted on the first attempt. Never before had I experienced such a smooth, painless, and fair deal. I trade in my vehicles approximately every 3 years. I also carry out all dealer scheduled maintenance. I know that this too will be carried out without any concerns from me. Not only have I found a sales rep. that I can trust, I have found a worry-free dealership.
