New vehicle buying experience I know the model of vehicle that I wanted but needed some help with options, trim levels, trade-in value, etc. I was introduced to Jasmine Vegso an I know the model of vehicle that I wanted but needed some help with options, trim levels, trade-in value, etc. I was introduced to Jasmine Vegso and she was quick to zero in on my wants and needs. She was very responsive in providing numbers, options for me to consider and in general was a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel pressured or that any information was being hidden. Overall I am impressed with this new car buying experience and warmly recommend Jasmine and this dealership. More
Our Broken down Jeep Wrangler LJ 2005 I wrote a review prior but don't think it took. We were visiting our son in London on a weekend recently. We live in Brampton. My son is at 2nd St. and Dundas.St. It was late in the afternoon when we arrived and as soon as we arrived at his house the Jeep broke down. It would not start. With out getting into the details, Maple City Tire around the corner called London City Chrysler and Bruce Reed , the Service Manager had a tow truck pick us up at my son's house. Since it was late in the afternoon, Bruce also arranged a car rental for us that was located at the London airport. Well Bruce also arranged a shuttle for us to get to the airport in order to rent the car. The following Monday, Bruce Reed called to tell us the diagnosis of the vehicle and he also made a great effort to keep our repair cost low as possible. He could have put a whole new part it but ordered a used one, giving us the option first. We thought that was a nice touch to go to a great length to help us out. Especially after having to put out money for a car rental, hotel , tow, etc. that weekend prior. We then came back to London the next day to pick up our car. Once again, after arriving at the London airport to drop off the rental, Bruce Reed had a shuttle service pick us up via back to the dealership to pick up our repaired Jeep. Thank you Bruce for going that extra mile We were stranded and very frustrated and you provided excellent customer service. We are very grateful to you and will try and do business with you in the future. Linda & Bruce Brampton More

Attention Sales Manager Elaine and I would like to express our appreciation to your sales person Gary Harvey for his efforts in helping us select our new Dodge Journey Elaine and I would like to express our appreciation to your sales person Gary Harvey for his efforts in helping us select our new Dodge Journey. We had spent considerable effort in the fall of 2013 visiting many of the dealerships in London and had examined many of the various models available . Gary after hearing this, responded to our very specific requests and did not persistently try to expand our search into areas that had already been considered . I do not mean by this that he did not offer advice but that he gave it once in a coherent way with a real life anecdote that was both funny but also informative and as well on many occasion caused us to fine tune our choices .We should also say that after we had purchased our car Gary took considerable time and effort to explain how many of the features worked which at the time was of course appreciated but was even more helpful when remembered later as we became accustomed to the car and we realized the importance of what he had taken the time to express . We both suspect that Gary being the new modern middle-aged helped him understand and relate to our frustration with all the same but often expressed 'options' of the various dealerships. I should also say that I have recently had the cause to use the new facilities on Driver Street for our first scheduled 3000 K check and found them to be impressive and I am not often impressed. Replacement of Defective Jeep Cherokee London City Jeep, in particular Rob Pharand and Matt Rothwell, took amazing care of me. I had purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in November of 2013. Aft London City Jeep, in particular Rob Pharand and Matt Rothwell, took amazing care of me. I had purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in November of 2013. After a month the vehicle broke down due to a crack in the transmission casing (which had occured during manufacturing) and had been leaking transmission fluid since it was driven off the lot. While a replacement transmission was sent and the Cherokee repaired, I was worried that there would be numerous issues in the future having had such a major component ripped out of the vehicle and replaced. I advised Rob and Matt of my concerns and without hesitation took the necessary steps to have the Cherokee replaced, even though the manufacturer would not stand behind their decision, as they felt they had done their due diligence by replacing the transmission, and at a great expense to the dealership. I picked up the brand new Cherokee on March 27, 2014. The service continues as Rob has advised that he will be contacting me every couple of weeks for the next while to ensure that I am not experiencing any issues with the new Jeep, which I am sure I will not, but he wants to ensure that he is servicing his customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know as this dealership went ABOVE and BEYOND to do the right thing, even when the manufacturer would not. More

I went in with a list of my requirements and was presented with a vehicle which met all the requirements almost immediately. I appreciate the fact that the salesman addressed me and not my husband presented with a vehicle which met all the requirements almost immediately. I appreciate the fact that the salesman addressed me and not my husband since it was me that was looking for a specific kind of vehicle; one that met my needs. Rob made sure that I was comfortable in the vehicle before I took it for a test drive. Of course we all like to get a "great" deal but I was prepared to settle for a fair deal. Rob made the entire process very comfortable and I walked out without any buyer's remorse and when I am spending that kind of money I usually second guess myself. I would definitely recommend dealing with Rob. More
I went in with my 2011 Caravan which had some issues (didn't buy it from this location) and I asked what they could do for a trade in and new vehicle. Jessie was able to find me a better van than what I (didn't buy it from this location) and I asked what they could do for a trade in and new vehicle. Jessie was able to find me a better van than what I currently had at approximately the same price per month. She was very kind and understanding at knowing money is tight in my family and was patient with all the questions I had. She was able to find me a vehicle on the Monday I went in to talk to her and I was driving it home on the Thursday the same week with my three kids in tow!!! I highly recommend them and we will be buying our next vehicle from them for sure :) More
