Excellent Customer Service I had dropped in to use the express oil change service. I had originally made an appointment for the afternoon, but due to having an unexpected doctor I had dropped in to use the express oil change service. I had originally made an appointment for the afternoon, but due to having an unexpected doctor appointment for my son I visited the dealership in the morning. I wanted to get the tires rotated and the vehicle looked over as well as an oil change. It was a lot of things to get done and I wasn't totally sure it would get done quickly as the service area appeared to very busy. Carrie assured me that she could get my van in right away. She had the work completed quickly as promised. My day took some unexpected turns today but thanks to Carrie, I was able to get my vehicle maintenance completed and carry on with my day. The service area was fairly busy but Carrie treated me as a valued customer and exceeded my expectations. More

My wife really liked the Jeep Patriot North as well,and wanted one,so we asked James to keep a look out for a late model Patriot North with all the features mine has...well it wasn't to long after we got a call from James,saying that he had found a really nice vehicle that had been purchased there,and serviced there,and had all the features we wanted...and was in excellent condition,at a very good price...so we took the Patriot North out for a test drive..WOW!!...awesome vehicle...drives like new,and super clean,we had to have it!!..so we did!!..purchase our second Jeep Patriot North from James Clarke and London City Chrysler!!!..And again James Clarke and the entire crew at London City Chrysler were great to deal with...the entire transaction was smooth and effortless....would I again recommend James Clarke and London City Chrysler...yes my wife and I both would...Four thumbs up!!!
