Jeff always goes that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and understands everything being presented to them. There is never any pressure to buy and the experience is always a positive one. He always takes as much time as needed to be sure the customer is #1. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he showed so much patience and consideration. Even on his day off of work he was communicating with me trying to clear up some issues regarding my purchase. Great Experience I came to LCC looking to upgrade my little car to a more family friendly vehicle. I had done some looking around, and decided that a Dodge Journey wo I came to LCC looking to upgrade my little car to a more family friendly vehicle. I had done some looking around, and decided that a Dodge Journey would be a great fit for my growing family. When we arrived at the dealership the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were introduced to Jeff Low, and after he got a feeling for what I was looking for he brought a Journey around for us to test drive. We are from outside of London and it was important to me that I could get a sense of how our new vehicle would fit the needs of our daily routine, Jeff was very accommodating and offered us an extended test drive to really make sure it was the right vehicle for us. Being one to do their homework, I did contact several other dealers, including the one that I had previously purchased a car from, to get quotes and Jeff had offered us the best deal by far. I would really like to thank Jeff Hobbs for going above and beyond his job description. When I had just mentioned in passing that I was looking for a new vehicle, he was willing to send me a list of inventory even though he does not work in sales. Again being from out of town, he had even offered up his spare time to bring a vehicle to me for a test drive. Not once during our experience did we ever feel pressured to buy a vehicle, all of our questions were thoroughly answered, our phone calls were promptly returned and our delivery time was adjusted to work around our schedule. I've purchased two new vehicles from here over the past 2 years; a Jeep Grand Cherokee and most recently (today) a Ram 1500 Sport. I"ll start off by stating I was referred to London City 2 years ago by a good friend and was advised to speak with Matt McHardy. I had no idea what to expect as I had never purchased a new vehicle before. Matt was great. There was no pressure and he provided me with all the information I needed to make an appropriate decision with regards to the vehicle I was looking at. I was given a great price on the Cherokee and my wife absolutely loves it. Over the past year I've had it in for it's regular oil changes/tire rotation/recalls etc and have utilized the "Express" service centre, which is awesome and truly an efficient system designed to get customers in and out in an appropriate amount of time. While waiting, customers are encouraged to relax in the comfy leather sofa's and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee with several TV's to watch. During my visits with the Cherokee most of my dealings have been with Damien in the service centre who's been nothing short of great. While deciding on my next purchase (ram) I attended London City several times prior to picking the right truck for me. Often times I was met by sales member Jesse Hughes. Jesse was very helpful in answering questions and showing me around when Matt was unavailable. During the purchase of my new truck Matt ensured I received the best price and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle ensure they stop by London City prior to pulling the trigger on a new vehicle. These people clearly work as a team to make sure the customer's experience is the best it can be and then some. New Dodge Ram owners Early on in 2014, my husband Dave and I decided we were ready to up grade our pick up. We currently have a 2004 Dodge Ram SLT and decided it was ready to become our second vehicle. After visiting a few dealerships, we decided to visit the newly relocated London City Chrysler on Drivers Lane. As we entered the showroom, we encountered a gentleman with a bright smile and an enthusiastic "Welcome to London City Chrysler, how can I help you ?" This gentleman, Chris Legg, became our salesperson. We told Chris what we were looking for and what we expected. We explained to him what options we wanted and why. After looking through the Dodge Ram inventory in and around the surrounding area, it was evident that a custom order from the factory was necessary. Chris walked us through the process step by step and was very helpful. He made this experience as painless and as pleasurable for the both of us as he could have. Our truck was ordered on April 11 and was expected to be delivered on May 12. Our one problem being Dave's car was to be e-tested and stickered by May 1st. For a matter of two weeks, Chris was able to get us a loaner car , and on April 30 we went and picked it up. We truly appreciate all the hard work and professionalism that Chris provided.
