Great Experience I came to LCC looking to upgrade my little car to a more family friendly vehicle. I had done some looking around, and decided that a Dodge Journey wo I came to LCC looking to upgrade my little car to a more family friendly vehicle. I had done some looking around, and decided that a Dodge Journey would be a great fit for my growing family. When we arrived at the dealership the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were introduced to Jeff Low, and after he got a feeling for what I was looking for he brought a Journey around for us to test drive. We are from outside of London and it was important to me that I could get a sense of how our new vehicle would fit the needs of our daily routine, Jeff was very accommodating and offered us an extended test drive to really make sure it was the right vehicle for us. Being one to do their homework, I did contact several other dealers, including the one that I had previously purchased a car from, to get quotes and Jeff had offered us the best deal by far. I would really like to thank Jeff Hobbs for going above and beyond his job description. When I had just mentioned in passing that I was looking for a new vehicle, he was willing to send me a list of inventory even though he does not work in sales. Again being from out of town, he had even offered up his spare time to bring a vehicle to me for a test drive. Not once during our experience did we ever feel pressured to buy a vehicle, all of our questions were thoroughly answered, our phone calls were promptly returned and our delivery time was adjusted to work around our schedule.
