Superior sales/service!! Very impressed. This is a two part review covering both service and sales at London City Chrysler: First off this is long over-due. I've purchased two new vehicles from here over the past 2 years; a Jeep Grand Cherokee and most recently (today) a Ram 1500 Sport. I"ll start off by stating I was referred to London City 2 years ago by a good friend and was advised to speak with Matt McHardy. I had no idea what to expect as I had never purchased a new vehicle before. Matt was great. There was no pressure and he provided me with all the information I needed to make an appropriate decision with regards to the vehicle I was looking at. I was given a great price on the Cherokee and my wife absolutely loves it. Over the past year I've had it in for it's regular oil changes/tire rotation/recalls etc and have utilized the "Express" service centre, which is awesome and truly an efficient system designed to get customers in and out in an appropriate amount of time. While waiting, customers are encouraged to relax in the comfy leather sofa's and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee with several TV's to watch. During my visits with the Cherokee most of my dealings have been with Damien in the service centre who's been nothing short of great. While deciding on my next purchase (ram) I attended London City several times prior to picking the right truck for me. Often times I was met by sales member Jesse Hughes. Jesse was very helpful in answering questions and showing me around when Matt was unavailable. During the purchase of my new truck Matt ensured I received the best price and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle ensure they stop by London City prior to pulling the trigger on a new vehicle. These people clearly work as a team to make sure the customer's experience is the best it can be and then some. When the time comes for my next vehicle purchase I will be going to London City without a doubt. Keep up the good work. More

New Dodge Ram owners Early on in 2014, my husband Dave and I decided we were ready to up grade our pick up. We currently have a 2004 Dodge Ram SLT and decided it was ready to become our second vehicle. After visiting a few dealerships, we decided to visit the newly relocated London City Chrysler on Drivers Lane. As we entered the showroom, we encountered a gentleman with a bright smile and an enthusiastic "Welcome to London City Chrysler, how can I help you ?" This gentleman, Chris Legg, became our salesperson. We told Chris what we were looking for and what we expected. We explained to him what options we wanted and why. After looking through the Dodge Ram inventory in and around the surrounding area, it was evident that a custom order from the factory was necessary. Chris walked us through the process step by step and was very helpful. He made this experience as painless and as pleasurable for the both of us as he could have. Our truck was ordered on April 11 and was expected to be delivered on May 12. Our one problem being Dave's car was to be e-tested and stickered by May 1st. For a matter of two weeks, Chris was able to get us a loaner car , and on April 30 we went and picked it up. We truly appreciate all the hard work and professionalism that Chris provided. We highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Chrysler/Dodge product to go and see Chris Legg at London City Chrysler. Awesome guy, awesome service First off I live in Toronto. However through family that if I was buying a Dodge, this was the place to do it. I was in need of a mini van as my car was just not cutting it anymore. I went to a few dealerships in Toronto, however they were extremely pushy, danced around price and kept trying to up-sell. I'd had enough and was given Matt's number through my father. Matt was fair in his pricing and able to help me get a new Caravan 30th Anniversary for a great price. I did a test drive in Toronto and did the rest on the phone with him. He didn't BS me, he didn't dance around price and went out of his way for me on many occasions including COMING IN ON HIS DAY OFF, just to sell me the vehicle. If you are like me and buying from outside the city, don't hesitate to call him. It was well worth going to London to buy from him. Matt is also not like most salesmen. It isn't like buying a car from a machine as most salesmen are. It's like buying a car from your buddy. Very casual, no pressure and laid back. Even his father, the owner of the dealership came out to shake my hand and he even changed my plates from my old car to my new one! He's the owner and has many employees who could do this, yet still personally looks after the buyer and gets his hands dirty. It says a lot about this place and the people that work there. Overall great service The service was really well done, he wasn't pushy like some I went to, yet you could tell he wanted a sale. I would recommend I was coming into town to bring a family member into hospital for appointments. The alternator went on the van.
