Awesome guy, awesome service First off I live in Toronto. However through family that if I was buying a Dodge, this was the place to do it. I was in need of a mini van as my car was just not cutting it anymore. I went to a few dealerships in Toronto, however they were extremely pushy, danced around price and kept trying to up-sell. I'd had enough and was given Matt's number through my father. Matt was fair in his pricing and able to help me get a new Caravan 30th Anniversary for a great price. I did a test drive in Toronto and did the rest on the phone with him. He didn't BS me, he didn't dance around price and went out of his way for me on many occasions including COMING IN ON HIS DAY OFF, just to sell me the vehicle. If you are like me and buying from outside the city, don't hesitate to call him. It was well worth going to London to buy from him. Matt is also not like most salesmen. It isn't like buying a car from a machine as most salesmen are. It's like buying a car from your buddy. Very casual, no pressure and laid back. Even his father, the owner of the dealership came out to shake my hand and he even changed my plates from my old car to my new one! He's the owner and has many employees who could do this, yet still personally looks after the buyer and gets his hands dirty. It says a lot about this place and the people that work there. I would recommend I was coming into town to bring a family member into hospital for appointments. The alternator went on the van. Above and Beyond I was wary of the car buying experience when I started this journey, as I had not had good luck at previous dealerships. I found the car I wanted on the London City Chrysler website, and requested a test drive. Rob called me within an hour of my request, and I was in the vehicle half an hour later. Throughout the experience, Rob was very easy to get along with, he listened well, and he was genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for. He offered other options in my price range, just for comparison, and wasn't aggressive at all when it came time to make a decision. I felt like I was sharing this experience with a friend, not a "sales person." I never once felt pressured or pushed, I was guided easily through the process based on what I said I wanted. I purchased the vehicle from Rob with no hesitation, and he was even good enough to arrange a fast delivery on it, as I needed the vehicle before the end of the week for a work trip. Rob was more than accomodating with this request. When the time came for me to pick up the vehicle, he was just as excited as I was to take it home, and his excitement was genuine. Unfortunately I encountered a small problem with my purchased vehicle, the same day I picked it up, and even though it wasn't an issue anyone could have seen coming, everyone at the dealership, especially Rob, bent over backward to make sure the issue was fixed properly, and before my end-of-week deadline. I was able to drop the car off that same night, and pick it up in less than 24 hours. Rob was with me every step of the way, even making sure the vehicle I was given to drive in the interim was acceptable to me, and not just any old car off the lot. That was the kind of above-and-beyond service I wasn't expecting, but was very appreciative of. Honestly, I can't say enough good about Rob and London City Chrysler as a whole. I have already recommended him to several friends who are looking at purchasing vehicles, and will continue to do so. Rob makes sure his customers are taken care of, and that they find exactly what they are looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
