After me sitting with all my options for a week (NOT BEING HOUNDED AND PUSHED INTO A DEAL) I had finally decision. Ignition Service - Dodge Journey A Service Consultant... This has to be one of the toughest jobs on the planet! It is safe to say that one never looks forward to a call or a waiting A Service Consultant... This has to be one of the toughest jobs on the planet! It is safe to say that one never looks forward to a call or a waiting room visit from a consultant because the news usually comes with a healthy price tag. As was the case with my most recent visit that call came with a substantial cost but the manner in which Tamara managed the news and her efforts to return my Journey to me as quickly as possible made things less painful and disappointing. I would also like to 'Thank' her for ensuring that my questions about the driver's side seat raise/lower mechanism were addressed and ready for me when I was shuttled back to LCC. A couple of things for the folks from Dodge... Please go back to a simple key ignition with a low cost remote. The cost of two 'keys' and the transmitter was 'incredible'... to say the least! And the 'ratchetting' device used to raise and lower the seat... which is inoperable on my vehicle... and comes with a $750+/- price tag to repair is equally disappointing on what has been a great vehicle. Is there not a better 'mousetrap'? More

Not once during our experience did we feel pressured to buy a vehicle, all of our questions were thoroughly answered, the financing was taken care of by David Forgan ( who also provided a great experience), our delivery time was adjusted to work around our schedule Jay even went as far as to come in on his day off (also his birthday) so we could pick up our new 2014 Dodge Journey. Love This Place! Won't go anywhere else! We bought a brand new 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership and loved it. We also loved the service we have received. In May 2014 I had the misfortune of being in an accident with that 2011 and my insurance company wrote it off. so off we went back to LC to buy a new vehicle. Dealing with the insurance company was a pain in the butt.......but as soon as I called LC to set up a time for the new one my attitude changed. I was warmly welcomed and the second question they asked was if everyone in the accident was ok. I wasn't treated just as a customer...but like family! 2 hours later we had chosen a new 2014 Dodge Caravan and most of the paperwork was ready. Just 2 days later my husband was leaving the country for 10 days and I could foresee some problems. To my surprise NOT AT ALL! Matt Rothwell was extremely helpful and understood exactly where we were at and what needed to be done. Today (June 18th) I picked up my shiny, new red Caravan and again was impressed with the level of service. I was a repeat customer.....not by choice.....but after the service I have received, and the courteous staff all around I won't be buying from any other dealership. I know with the level of service they provide they will be in business for a long time! More
