We had many questions about different packages and models, Jay went out into the pouring rain multiple times to pull a new one into the service bay. He went over all the option in great detail so we had a good understanding. The whole experience was very laid back. There was never any pressure and uncomfortable moments. I must have email or called Chris a dozen time and always got a response very quickly. He definitely made the experience hassle free. To top it off while we were completing some paperwork the General Manager Jeff pushed our son around in his stroller to keep him occupied. All around they have a great team at London City Chrysler.
