2014 Dodge Ram SLT I just recently purchased my new truck from LCC. When I went in to enquire about a new truck unfortunately I had missed the deadline for ordering dire I just recently purchased my new truck from LCC. When I went in to enquire about a new truck unfortunately I had missed the deadline for ordering directly from the factory. I had a list of things that I defintely wanted and the team at LCC ended up finding me a truck with everything I wanted and for a great price. My only complaint was the lack of correspondence. I had to repeatedly call to get an update if a truck was found (no update received unless I called) and then once a truck was found I was told it would be here the second week of August. I got all my financing in order for that week but then no word. I finally called on the Thursday only to find it was not there yet and no one could give me a definite date on when it would be in. This meant putting my financing on hold and again repeated calls until the day I finally called and was told it was in. I realize I am not the only client out there but a call to advise the status or a date of when you will be called (and then calling by that date) would have been appreciated. Also, I can track an item I order online and they give a delivery date. I would assume something better and more reliable would be in place (or should be) for a vehicle delivery. All in all I ended up getting a great vehicle for a great price. The back and forth process could have been a lot smoother though. More

I Still Can't Believe It!!! So.... my search for a trade-in began somewhere else. I realized I wanted to test drive the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan (7seats). My brother suggested I go to the Chrysler Dealership and had given me Rob's name, that he dealt with for a test drive. When I arrived, and asked for Rob, we spoke and then he introduced me to JUSTIN GONCIARZ. We had a brief conversation, and he assured me... even with my bad credit, he would be able to help and said "I would be buying from him today". Little did I know, HE WAS RIGHT! When the time came to go for a test drive, I had no idea "the numbers worked" for a Brand New vehicle... When I returned from the test drive, my anxiety level was pretty high - due to fear and excitement. Justin was AMAZING! He walked me through everything. Laid out all the details and put my mind at ease. Pickup was arranged, and I was on my way with the paperwork. When I arrived to pickup MY new van, Justin had the keys, and accommodated getting my stickers renewed from Service Ontario (with the ownership). Excellent Service I was home for vacation for a short time frame as I travel for work. I required to trade the Silverado in for something I could pull my trailer with. I was home for vacation for a short time frame as I travel for work. I required to trade the Silverado in for something I could pull my trailer with. McMaster Chev Olds was given the first opportunity to sell me a larger truck, but they didn't even call me back after 2 trips to there dealership over a 1 week period. I had told them I needed to get this accomplished in a short time as I had to leave for work the next week. So I went across the road to London City Chrysler and talked to Gary. In less than 3 hours I had a truck picked out, and financing arranged. In other words I had purchased a truck in less than 3 hours. The truck was never road tested because the battery was dead, but when I picked the truck up Thursday after the safety and etest where completed, the truck worked as expected. I have had a very good experience with London City Chrysler and would recommend them with out any reservation. More

Purchase of new Jeep Patriot My wife and I went into London City Chrysler to check out some new vehicles with the patriot in mind. Within 10 seconds of walking into the dealership My wife and I went into London City Chrysler to check out some new vehicles with the patriot in mind. Within 10 seconds of walking into the dealership we had a friendly hello. After asking Randy if there was any Patriots on the lot, he led us outside where they were. He was very friendly and seemed like he would bend over backwards if I asked him to. As a young couple, (25 and 24 years old) we usually dont get taken completely seriously when in situations where major purchases could be made, so it was nice to be treated like an adult and with respect. During the test drive we fell in love with the vehicle. Anything that Randy could have done to make our experience better, he did. After making the decision over the weekend, we purchased the Patriot on the monday. Randy pulled out all the stops and gave us all the information we needed and treated us fairly. The rest of the staff we dealt with was pleasant as well. After buying the vehicle, Randy connected our cell phone to the blue tooth and showed us how the satellite radio worked. So even after we were done buying it, he was still answering our questions which is the best that I can ask for. Thanks to the London City Chrysler staff and to Randy Smith personally.
