WITHOUT RESERVATION I met Rob last year when I dropped in to the Dundas store. I wasn't ready to trade in my convertible at that time. Rob recognized that I truly did enjoy driving my beautiful dream car. However I did have some questions and Rob took the time to answer all of them. Over the past year he would come say hello to me every time I brought Miss Lily in for her service (spa treatment) visits. When she had a little bit of a hiccup I had her taken right to the experts in the London City Service Dept where I knew she would receive the best of care. Rob, knowing that I had to feed 300 people at a charity event the morning after my car broke down on the hiway, made sure that I had a vehicle available to me first thing in the morning. While the wonderful Damien in the service department took wonderful care of my beautiful girl, keeping me well informed every step of the way, Rob was on top of everything with my car as well as keeping me informed of potential vehicles that he knew might be of interest to me. He had taken the time over the year since we met to understand and know what it would take for me to part with the car I had always dreamed. Rob was patient, kind, knowledgible and above all he never ever made me feel pressured to make a decision that I was not ready for. When the time to make a decision came I finally selected the most beautiful jeep to replace Miss Lily, my beautiful saphire convertible. It was exactly the right choice. My new ride, Spartacus, and I have quickly bonded and are having so much fun enjoying the summer, looking forward to winter driving for the first time in years. Everyone I had to deal with at London City Chrysler was amazing. My experience with Rob was excellent and I trust him so much that I would even send my kids to him...... unsupervised...... for their next car purchases.
