SHOCKS AND STRUTS FOR A 2010 HYUNDAI TUCSON For those of you who have not been to the Langley Hyundai Service Department, may I take a moment to explain that they are exactly what a Service Depa For those of you who have not been to the Langley Hyundai Service Department, may I take a moment to explain that they are exactly what a Service Department should be. When I inquired about Shocks and Struts, I happened to speak to the Service Manager who was absolutely accommodating, reassured me that there would be NO charge for them to look at the shocks and I could bring it in at any time!! Now that in itself was such a relief. Plus.... Gabriel was able to provide me a quote. The technicians, service staff members were absolute Professionals who (at one point) advised me that Gabriel was on the phone - must have remembered why I was there previously - and immediately suggested asking for one of their Technicians to assist me. When you have a bad experience at another dealership, there is no note to ask for a rating as they don't want to look bad. Believe me, I am absolutely thrilled to recommend the Langley Service Department inclduing giving me a hint that the front rubber mat should be removed and Gabriele said - Anytime you need the original material mat washed, bring it in and I will gladly clean it. Next I will send my husband for training......... Enjoy the day and it was well worth driving out to this dealership as I live in South Surrey/White Rock area. Helen More
