3 times is a charm Complain about my steering assembly noise that has been check by Hyundai technician for the 3rd time and can’t fixed it and ask for Hyundai to open a Complain about my steering assembly noise that has been check by Hyundai technician for the 3rd time and can’t fixed it and ask for Hyundai to open a case. After a month I follow up my case if they had heard about the case they open my complaint and to my surprise no action! Instead they told me to look for 2nd opinion in other Hyundai dealership which I did and so I went to Hyundai white rock and told my story. Right then and there immediately diagnose what’s wrong with my car and order the parts and fixed it. Happy client now and will continue to do my service with them from now on. Just a note to your service department. You need an overhaul team. Just saying.. More

why didn't you check My service is done by Abbotsford now .Langley had my a few times for service and told them the car was all over the road , they said no its fine ,i j My service is done by Abbotsford now .Langley had my a few times for service and told them the car was all over the road , they said no its fine ,i just wasn't familiar with a sports car .Off to Abottsford , and found out the front end was out by a lot , which brings up tire wear , mileage and who I truust now.
