Trade in Scam I went to Kramer Mazda today to buy a new car! I was looking to trade in my car and asked for an appraisal. I dont know if it was because I am a young I went to Kramer Mazda today to buy a new car! I was looking to trade in my car and asked for an appraisal. I dont know if it was because I am a younger female, or if they didnt want to trade in my car but they appraised my 2011 car that has quite a few options and told me they would give me 500 dollars. An absolute joke I looked up the black book value which, i know my car is probably not worth full black book value, but black book value was $8200. And YES they offered me $500. I was completely insulted that they would low ball me. I don't know if the thought I was that ill educated in cars because I'm younger, but I am fully aware my car is worth more than $500. I wanted the new Mazda3 but I will most definately be buying from a dealership willing to take me seriously and not completely screw me out of all my cars value! I would never recommened going here if you want to trade in your vehicle. Even the sales man was embarrassed to tell me how much my car was appraised at because he knew it was worth more! More

Purchase of a 2014 Mazda 3 Just purchased a second hand 2014 Mazda 3 from Kramer Mazda. The salesman (Zishan) was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. It took us a Just purchased a second hand 2014 Mazda 3 from Kramer Mazda. The salesman (Zishan) was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. It took us a while to make the purchase as we considered our options, so he called back from time to time to let us know what was still available. The purchase process was relatively painless, except for a hitch with the sales agreement. There was a very high potential that we would have left the dealership very disappointed overall. We spoke to Steve Pickard (Finance Director) that very evening. He was very responsive to our concerns and asked for 24 hours to investigate and find a resolution. He called the next day as promised and corrected the issue. The sales agreement was updated and we left very happy and impressed. While we absolutely love the Mazda 3, and would have bought the car regardless of the sales service, it was awesome to see that this dealership has long evolved way past the cliche brought to mind by the words 'used car dealer'. I will tell all of my friends of my experience and that Kramer Mazda is a great place to buy a car. More

No follow through I'm quite disappointed with the service at this dealership. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience the past several times getting my car serv I'm quite disappointed with the service at this dealership. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience the past several times getting my car serviced at this location. I've been trying to get my car fixed under warranty. I have had to bring my car in 4 different times to try and resolve the issue. They never followed up or test drove the car to make sure that the issue was fixed. I filled out the survey giving honest feedback and asking for a resolution and still received no follow up. I called the service manager and left a voicemail, and again no follow up. I am now having to file a formal complaint directly with Mazda, hoping to get a response. Unless they go above & beyond to rectify this, I won't be using their dealership again :( More

I upgraded my Mazada 3 to Mazda CX5 this month with Kramer Mazda. The sales manager provided me with false and misleading information about the deal to make me sign initial leasing documents. The old vehicle Mazda 3, was inspected and accepted by Kramer Mazda prior to signing the deal. Two days later, we exchanged the cars with agreed lease price. The following week Kramer Mazda sent me an invoice requesting additional $2,300 for damage repairs. This damage could have been repaired by my insurance but it was transferred to the new CX5 after exchange I believe these unethical business conduct by Kramer Mazda with Mazda customers should stop immediately More
