He showed me the discontinued Mazda5 2017/18 models and their features which were perfect for me and my wife (both seniors). I did some more research and then went back and met salesman Kendall who showed me again the various features of this mini van. I tried other dealers over the weekend but nothing seemed as perfect for us. Unfortunately my wife took a fall necessitating our rethinking the purchase. I will go back to Kramer later on. More

Total dishonesty! Sold me a used car with a clean Carfax, turned out it was in a collision. Took my vehicle in for service and I KID YOU NOT, the car came back with holes drilled throughout the upper door frames. It was like someone started installing roof racks on the vehicle, then realized it was the wrong car. Kramer denied everything of course, so now I am on the hook for a $700 repair bill! Dirty dirty sales practices. Will NEVER buy another Mazda. EVER. All the Mazda dealerships in Calgary are owned by the same family, I understand. More
Purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 Assessed the CX5 models available against similar vehicles with Toyota and Honda - I test drove with Phil (Farooq), once he let me drive :-). First ti Assessed the CX5 models available against similar vehicles with Toyota and Honda - I test drove with Phil (Farooq), once he let me drive :-). First time in a test drive I was required to sit in the passenger seat while he showed me the car features. Otherwise he was friendly and professional and patient while I reviewed several vehicles. My major concern was the 'hidden fees' at time of purchase. I had been provided a purchase price and at the time of payment - found out it didn't include the 'nitrogen' in my tires nor the engraving on the vehicle for theft. REALLY? I had made my arrangements and needed to pick up the vehicle so accepted the additional $1500 in charges. Buyers beware and make sure you are clear that the price provided covers the air and scratches!! More

I was leaning toward the Mazda until the general sales manager (don’t tecall his name but might have been billy) got involved. He would not even offer a price other then FULL list sticker price thru his salesman (who was great and worked hard for me thanks Mike). When I asked for what their best offer could be all I got was a hand shake and sorry we cant do buisness with you today. The sales manager was rude abrupt and if that is the management style then I would hate to see what it would be like to deal with them after a sale was made. I got significantly different (better) treatment at the other manufactures and also got a much better offer from them all. I only give 2 stars because the salesman I had was good but beyon him my experience was subpar. More

My family has purchased 8 vehicles in the past two years from various dealers in Calgary and Edmonton and our experience with Kramer Mazda has been the absolute worst! To give you an idea, even the sketchiest, most questionable, "everyone approved" used car lots were more courteous, straightforward and respectful towards me as a potential customer. Here is my day from about 100pm-300pm: -contacted Kramer Mazda with an ad for a 2018 CX-3 from another dealer to see if Kramer Mazda had a similar model available and if they could match the price. They said yes they did have one and yes they could match the price. Neither turned out to be true. -advertised specials for "0 percent financing" and "free winter tires" are both for "select models only". They offered us winter tires and rims for $900, so definitely not "free". -offered $500 for trade in on a 2006 Suzuki SX4 with 90000km. Average Black Book Value is $2889. $500 is not even within the ballpark, but this does seem to be consistent with other reviewers' experiences. They also claimed our vehicle has hail damage when it does not. -engage in the "war of attrition": we made our final offer and the salesman disappeared 3 times for a half hour each time. each time he'd return and we'd get a little closer, then he'd disappear again. they like playing games and stretching out the process, as if the customers are suckers who will cave after a few hours. they could have at least offered a water or a coffee. -sales guy quoted us a price for paint that was $100 high. he changed it when we caught this. -sales guy tried to force us to purchase a block heater as an option, because it is an "Alberta dealer policy". We refused the block heater option and they became extremely pushy. Finally they concede that they can order one without a block heater. -a final tactic was to have the manager come in to "save the day", at this point we had felt that our time had not been respected and that we had failed to develop any kind of trust. We let the manager know that we would not be making a deal and that we have never had such a poor and time-consuming experience when purchasing a car. -they will resort to bullying and intimidation tactics: their very large salesman stands in the doorway to physically impede us from leaving. they hold your drivers' license and credit card as an "indication that this is a serious offer" and then they will not return them! My Father had to ask, "Please let me have my credit card and license." three times before they would "release the hostages". I left the dealership trying to process the utter level of incompetence and shamelessness I had just witnessed. I was not happy with how much time had been wasted nor with the disrespect towards my elderly father. As stated in the subject line, we ended up purchasing a Honda HR-V, despite preferring the Mazda CX-3! More

He to My new wheels 2017 Mazda CX 9 GT I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Mazda and our sales person Dmitri Zommer was absolutely amazing. He took time to teach us about all the new and fun gadgets that Mazda CX9 has and honestly he did it twice (when we walked in for the first time and on pick up as well) He is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, easy going and pleasant young gentleman who really deserves 6 stars but I can only select 5 :) Wish all the sales people are like him. No pressure. Not pushy at all. Willing to do anything he can that is in his power to help us. And he did. Even what was beyond his power, he made it work for us. Steve Pickard (finance director) did a wonderful job explaining everything regarding numbers and most importantly made the process less painful while signing so many pages. It can be very overwhelming. Not with Steve hehehe It was a fun experience dealing with him and we just loved his personality. Staff at Kramer Mazda is very polite and welcoming. We were very impressed and we will absolutely recommend Kramer Mazda to all of our friends and family. p.s. make sure you have their hot chocolate :) yummy! Zana More
Service is a joke Purchased a CX-5 privately and went to Kramer for the inspection prior to purchase. Inspection came back that nothing was wrong. However, not even two Purchased a CX-5 privately and went to Kramer for the inspection prior to purchase. Inspection came back that nothing was wrong. However, not even two months later I'm having brakes, rotors replaced and am told that my tires are close to needing replacement. Called and talked to Kevin at Kramer and he said my vehicles at inspection "passed the safety inspection requirements" and therefore they did a good job. Mr Lube does a better job relaying upcoming service requirements. What a joke Kramer! More
