Customer service is second to none to start off! I was on car cost Canada checking out what kind of deal I could get on a vehicle. The vehicle i was looking for was a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport...seemed to on car cost Canada checking out what kind of deal I could get on a vehicle. The vehicle i was looking for was a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport...seemed to be impossible to get without factory order (but within a couple of minutes of checking out the deal) I got a call from Shelly letting me know that their dealership had what I had been looking for months. I was able to let her know that my company was X-Plan (a lesson everyone should check to see if their company is qualified). Shelly was able to get my hold on the car immediately so it would not get scooped up. Her candidness and personality was not like other car buying experiences. So what does one do when they are enjoying spending some money at a great deal??? Spend some more...LOL. So I start discussing with Shelly the Ford incentives on the 2013 F150's and with X-Plan, and we are off to the races on a second vehicle. But this was just on the phone, and my wife and I have not even set foot in the dealership. Can it get better? YES! So the next day my wife and I made it in to Koch to ensure the deal was as good as it sounded. We were greeted at the door by a smiling Shelly (knowing our names), introducing us to the family (team of sales and managers) and off we went (my expectation was for a hard nose negotiation). Nope the numbers were all right there and even better than expected (in my small group of people I work with 15 trucks have been bought in the past 18 months) and I feel that I got the same deal as others spending months/weeks/hours negotiating, walking away etc. AND had fun doing it in an afternoon. We got to see Patrick in the finance portion of the business and he was great. No high pressure, just product information and cost and if you would like it or not. Now that it is bought we move to their accessory department. Everything we wanted was done and done well and in a very timely manner. Shelly was calling us daily to give us an update on the progress of our vehicles to the delivery dates and she met them those dates to the hour. Now we are both in our new Fords from Koch and could not be happier. More

I visit several dealer , but in Koch Ford I felt welcomed . Chase was very friendly and took his time to show me all the features of the car . I even went on test drive in the same day . Overall, my husband and I were pleased with our experience at Koch Ford. There were a few hiccups (1. first sales rep left the dealership, and we were inadvertently not notified prior to the arriva experience at Koch Ford. There were a few hiccups (1. first sales rep left the dealership, and we were inadvertently not notified prior to the arrival of our new vehicle, so were somewhat rushed to attend to final details, such as financing, insurance, warranty, detailing and protection package, not to mention obtaining insurance and registration prior to taking possession of the vehicle; 2. there were slight discrepancies between the accessories we requested that our first sales rep. order for our vehicle, and what was actually ordered; and 3. there was an extreme cold snap after our car arrived, prior to our taking possession, and our vehicle was left sitting outside without being started or moved, resulting in a start-up problem leading to a check-engine code going off, which was understandably concerning, as this was a brand new vehicle and should be in pristine condition when we take possession). However, the entire team (sales, finance and service) pulled together and took every step to address our concerns, and rectify the problems (even if it meant sustaining additional costs to the dealership), to ensure that we were happy, and give us the best deal possible. It's been almost a week since we took possession, and are still waiting for one or two of the accessories to arrive, but have no doubts that the team will be on top of contacting us as soon as they come in.
