My experience with Koch Ford (my second one) was a very good one. My wife and I greatly appreciated Pawel being upfront and telling us he was new with the dealership and didnt B.S. his way through the sale good one. Chuck was extremely helpful when I had a couple of issues regarding the final detailing of my vehicle and a missing key but vowed to correct it the next time I was in. As mentioned earlier, xx takes a lot pride in his job and his main goal is to find the right vehicle fit that you want. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted walking into the Dealership but xx showed me a few exactly items and helped me find a few more things I liked and features I didn't need.
