I was looking for a Fusion Hybrid and Kelly took the time to locate a car for me within the hour.. Our only complaint is that we paid for a new 2013 and received a vehicle with 1400 km on it and it smells faintly like someone smoked in it. Mr. Connick offered us a $400 gift card in lieu of the mileage and recorded the service and warranty to commence at 1400 km. Mr. Connick was not aware of the mileage on the vehicle until it arrived (from Calgary) or that it was driven from Calgary (not shipped). He told us about this when we went to pick up our (new) vehicle. Mr. Connick is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant and we do indeed like the vehicle. More

Leon and Dax were very patient with us for over two months. When it came down to buying a new F150 Leon was very informative and went far and beyond with Dax to provide us all the information we requir months. Being my first time buying a new vehicle all I had known going into it was from the relative horror stories I had heard from friends and family. I thought that it would be a lengthy, adversarial process whe going into it was from the relative horror stories I had heard from friends and family. I thought that it would be a lengthy, adversarial process where you had to bargain tooth and nail for everything from upgrades to price. I was extremely surprised and overjoyed to find out this was not the case. Upon first talking with Juri, he came across as very friendly and easy to talk to. He asked me what I was looking for and I knew that I specifically wanted a white F150 with a SuperCrew Cab and that I wanted Sync with MyFord Touch. The only other question he had to ask me was what length of box I wanted and with that he informed me he would check what he had available and would have prices back to me in a few hours. True to his word, he had a price ready for me in a couple hours with exactly the specifications that I had asked for. Having driven many F150's for work, I had bypassed requesting a test drive and had him send over the required documentation to seal the deal. Upon his recommendation, I also had the dealership install a box liner and a Truxedo tonneau cover - the Truxedo was suggested based upon it's sleek styling, versatility and ease of use (plus the fact that it would keep me from having to shovel snow out of the back of my box!). In total, the whole process of purchasing a new truck took maybe 4 or 5 hours without me having to leave my office at a price that I haven't heard of any other dealers being even remotely close to. When I arrived at the dealership, Leanne and Juri had all the required paperwork ready to go and the truck was waiting for me fresh out of the detailing shop. Maybe 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way, happy as could be. It's now been just under a month of having the new truck and after having put 5,000 km on it in the first month I can say I'm absolutely in love with it. The fuel economy of the ecoboost engine has legitimately surprised me, rivaling friends much smaller vehicles, and it's not even fully broken in yet while having been driven almost exclusively in 4x4. Juri's recommendation for the Truxedo tonneau cover has been amazing as well - I have had absolutely zero issues with it whether it be driving in freezing sleet conditions on the west coast or dealing with the -30 and below in the prairies - it has stayed flexible and easy to use without requiring assistance. It also has the added benefit of rolling much smaller than competing tonneau covers. Back to the quality of the truck, I have not had access to power for the duration of the cold snap but it hasn't mattered - the engine has not had any issues starting even during the cold snap. I'm actually looking forward to my first maintenance coming up soon - if it's anything like the service I received in the sales department, I'm sure to be leaving with nothing but smiles. More

Our experience at Koch was great. We researched many vehicles before choosing the Lincoln and we felt the product and the service we recieved was superior to most other companies we test drove with. Customer service is second to none to start off! I was on car cost Canada checking out what kind of deal I could get on a vehicle. The vehicle i was looking for was a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport...seemed to on car cost Canada checking out what kind of deal I could get on a vehicle. The vehicle i was looking for was a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport...seemed to be impossible to get without factory order (but within a couple of minutes of checking out the deal) I got a call from Shelly letting me know that their dealership had what I had been looking for months. I was able to let her know that my company was X-Plan (a lesson everyone should check to see if their company is qualified). Shelly was able to get my hold on the car immediately so it would not get scooped up. Her candidness and personality was not like other car buying experiences. So what does one do when they are enjoying spending some money at a great deal??? Spend some more...LOL. So I start discussing with Shelly the Ford incentives on the 2013 F150's and with X-Plan, and we are off to the races on a second vehicle. But this was just on the phone, and my wife and I have not even set foot in the dealership. Can it get better? YES! So the next day my wife and I made it in to Koch to ensure the deal was as good as it sounded. We were greeted at the door by a smiling Shelly (knowing our names), introducing us to the family (team of sales and managers) and off we went (my expectation was for a hard nose negotiation). Nope the numbers were all right there and even better than expected (in my small group of people I work with 15 trucks have been bought in the past 18 months) and I feel that I got the same deal as others spending months/weeks/hours negotiating, walking away etc. AND had fun doing it in an afternoon. We got to see Patrick in the finance portion of the business and he was great. No high pressure, just product information and cost and if you would like it or not. Now that it is bought we move to their accessory department. Everything we wanted was done and done well and in a very timely manner. Shelly was calling us daily to give us an update on the progress of our vehicles to the delivery dates and she met them those dates to the hour. Now we are both in our new Fords from Koch and could not be happier. More
