Wow, KOCH makes me say "OH MY KOCH" to every part of dealing with them through the service of buying my new 2013 Ford Fusion on 11/03/2014. The people that helped us, we owe great gratitude to " part of dealing with them through the service of buying my new 2013 Ford Fusion on 11/03/2014. The people that helped us, we owe great gratitude to "Dax, Jacinda, Bob, Pat, & the Whole Koch team"! We didn't like our numbers while trying to purchase the same car else where, talked to Koch, and they were able to get us better numbers, on a shorter term, with lower interest. We are a everyday mid-twenties working couple, which in some aspects, can make buying a car a little more difficult. They "again" smashed the competition out of the ball park, lowered the interest and got us a shorter term and said the car would be ready by Saturday. When they asked if the car had everything we wanted. We mentioned a Car Starter, and they promised it would be installed for Saturday. We went out to go test drive the car, but the car was missing, why was it it missing, because the Koch team had taking the initiative to pull the car in the shop early and start installing the starter immediately ahead of the schedule we were initially told. Which is better then the test drive, because we were being looked after. Got home today after all the final paperwork! to Get a call from Koch that the car was ready, and would be dropped off tonight! Not Saturday. Like "OH MY KOCH" keep blowing my mind please. Everyone I dealt with at Koch Ford Lincoln were just awesome! Shelly did an awesome job spec'ing and finding the exact vehicle I wanted and then she arranged to have it brought in by truck. Then she put a great 2 way remote starter in it for me (and gave me good price on it). The finance people at Koch explained everything so I knew exactly what I was signing and they even took care of arranging my insurance on the new vehicle and transferred my registration for me - I didn't have to do anything. They had the vehicle I wanted ready when they said it was going to be ready, it was clean and perfect inside and out. Shelly took the time to go through the vehicle with me and show me all the major functions, then she handed me the keys, gave me a free tank of gas, thanked me for my business and sent me happily on my way. I have researched 2014 F150 FX4 through the Ford Canada website and at the end when it prompted for dealership I would like to visit, I wrote Koch Ford at Edmonton. Next day Shelley Posey send me an e-mail website and at the end when it prompted for dealership I would like to visit, I wrote Koch Ford at Edmonton. Next day Shelley Posey send me an e-mail introducing herself and asked to call her if I'm interested in discussing about the vehicle I have researched online the night before and she has also called me the same day and described me briefly all the deals they currently had. So I made an appointment and went to see her the same day, she was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the truck as well as all the deals that were currently in place. She made me feel very comfortable and wasn't pushy or aggressive as some sales consultants I have came across in the past. She also got the sales manager to talk to me about some of the doubts I had on trading in my vehicle. I went back to see her in 4 days, she had got the truck ready for myself and the wife to test drive and she got a mechanic to look at our vehicle and gave us a fare trade in value without we having to fight over it. Also, working in conjunction with the sales manager, she was able to get us more discount than what she has originally told us. Over all, this is the sixteenth car I bought, I can honestly say she was the best sales consultant I have dealt with to this date next to another chap from Acura. We were very comfortable with her as well as Koch dealership. Sales manager Chuck Hyer was very professional and the finance manager Shelley Connick made the whole financing and purchasing extended warranty, accessories an enjoyable experience. I would definitely use Koch for all my service requirements going forward and in the future I'll buy any Ford vehicles from them without any hesitation what so ever. I truly believe a dealership makes a big difference than the vehicle manufacturer and Koch has met and exceeded our expectations. I'll recommend Koch Ford and Shelley Possey to anyone who I know would be interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

Working with Jim was great, he was personal, friendly and made us feel comfortable, which is extremely important to me as we originally dealt with Lisa and enjoyed her, so to hear that she was no longer ther made us feel comfortable, which is extremely important to me as we originally dealt with Lisa and enjoyed her, so to hear that she was no longer there it was hard for me to trust. I have had a bad experience with car salesmen in the past. Jim listened to what we wanted and what we could afford, then went and did what he could to provide us with cars we could both be proud to drive. Jim ensured us that if we had any problems or concerns we could call him and if he could not answer he would find someone to help. I rated the dealership 4 out of 5 for quality do to the fact that when we were dealing with the business manager some of the questions we had were not answered clear. Also dealing with Darryl was a joy he worked hard to make the numbers work so we could get into two cars we liked and wanted to drive.. More
