We came with a specific vehicle in mind. Our salesman was helpful, friendly, knowledgable and not in the least pushy. We were looking for the high end car so did not feel like we were being pushed into an up helpful, friendly, knowledgable and not in the least pushy. Maintenance, extended warranty and protection packages. The lady was very informative and to the point. She was very personable and didn't pressure us to make a quick decision. We are considering our options and can let them know on Monday when we pick up our beautiful new Escape. It has been a very pleasant experience. Especially since it's such a stressful purchase. We have and will be recommending this dealership and salesman to our friends. More

Chase was great to deal with and very helpful as he should be. My biggest complaint was the $499 documentation fee...I do not think this is fair for the consumer to pay! Our only complaint is that we paid for a new 2013 and received a vehicle with 1400 km on it and it smells faintly like someone smoked in it. Mr. Connick was not aware of the mileage on the vehicle until it arrived (from Calgary) or that it was driven from Calgary (not shipped). He told us about this when we went to pick up our (new) vehicle. Mr. Connick is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant and we do indeed like the vehicle. More
