I knew I was in need of a new vehicle a few years ago but since I found the process daunting I kept postponing it to the point I could postpone no longer. After months of deliberation I decided a Ford Escap since I found the process daunting I kept postponing it to the point I could postpone no longer. After months of deliberation I decided a Ford Escape was in my future and so I called Koch Motors and went in to meet with Shelly Posey. She was friendly, knowledgeable and more than went out of her way to make the purchasing experience memorable. Fortunately for me she was not a high pressured salesman and actually listened to what I wanted rather than just making a sale on what I thought I wanted. 24 hours after meeting with her, she was handing me the keys to my new car. She went over and above what I expected, especially as she came in on her day off to hand the keys to my new Hybrid C-Max to me!
