Meanwhile, we test drove the truck model we were considering, ensuring that we had, in fact, made a smart choice. By the time we returned to the dealership, the trucks were found and we were proud owners of two Fx4 150. We picked up our trucks a few days later. Shelly made sure we were oriented to the features of the vehicle and that we were comfortable with our choice. She made it know that she was available to answer any questions or concerns that we could possibly have. We have been buying trucks every three to five years for the past 20 years and have not experienced such follow up from any other dealership. We trust that the service work will be equally seamless. We came with a specific vehicle in mind. Our salesman was helpful, friendly, knowledgable and not in the least pushy. Maintenance, extended warranty and protection packages. The lady was very informative and to the point. She was very personable and didn't pressure us to make a quick decision. We are considering our options and can let them know on Monday when we pick up our beautiful new Escape. It has been a very pleasant experience. Especially since it's such a stressful purchase. We have and will be recommending this dealership and salesman to our friends. More

In the following days, Jim was available via text to answer any questions and was courteous each time we spoke with him. We ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere because we found a good deal, however we regret not choosing to give Koch Ford our business (mainly because of how impressed we were with Jim). More

Chase was great to deal with and very helpful as he should be. My biggest complaint was the $499 documentation fee...I do not think this is fair for the consumer to pay!
